Do not order catering from Subway. I ordered 29 subs for our hockey team, received 28/29 sandwiches and EVERY SINGLE SANDWICH was prepared incorrectly. There is a catering form that provides the very simple options for large groups for ease of preparing the sandwiches and it was still wrong. Having to hear feedback that the vegetarian sub was only bread and tomatoes was horrifying. Can you imagine having to ask someone to pay for their bread (the tomatoes were the one item that was requested to be LEFT OFF the sandwich)? I also chose a window of time to pick up my order. Was it ready in that time frame? No.After speaking with the management multiple times, I was provided a 50% refund on 29 sandwiches. I was given 28 sandwiches. I have been waiting for a full refund for weeks. Horrible business management and will never use Subway for catering ever again.

Walked in to get a sub for supper very disappointed had one person at the counter three people in front of me counter was a mess. All the ingredients were low next to empty when another person came out, did not wash his hands before putting on a pair of gloves, when he asked me what I was wanting, I was looking for a meatball sub. He was all at the stock it would be 10 to 15 minutes before it be ready. Unacceptable only had one choice of bread which is white then he proceeded to talk to his coworker and their language, which showed no respect to me or any other white people standing waiting for a sub. How do I know what he’s saying? If he’s talking about me he’s talking about work there again unacceptable. No respect .

A combo is now over $22 for a mediocre sandwich. The price keeps going up , and the quality keeps going down. Today is my last visit at Subway. Not long ago, the same combo was $17, which was pushing it for what you get.A 30% increase in price abs a 30% decrease in quality is too much for my stomach to handle. Sadly, this place now goes on the list along with Tim's. At $22, I can get a part great lunch special in a sit-in restaurant .

The ladies that work here are always fast and make your sandwich just right. Always friendly staff. If there are any issues, they will fix it right away. 12” Great Canadian Club or good old Cold Cut Combo are my go to.

Slow service and the menu board is confusing. If your not ordering one of the new top 8 created subs by Subway good luck getting a proper price on that sub. Example: you just want to order a meatball sub not the new fancy one with mozzarella ball ,herbs and exe. The price is only available to view on the menu for the Fancy meatball.
