Highly addictive with food, service and friendly staff that make me come back over and over again. Prices very family and seniors friendly together with multiple menu choices. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The service was excellent. The food was hot and served within minutes of ordering. The restaurant is dark and a bit grimey. The washrooms need deep cleaning along with the dining room.

Had to come up to the City to go for a Dr appointment. So stop in for a meal, and tonight my husband and I had the most amazing service and meal. Just found out that Corporate wants to STOP all Swiss chalets from selling the Chicken wings that they have right now that are fresh and breaded in house for pre breaded frozen chicken wings. You can now get them as an 8 or 12 piece meal they are very flavourful, the best tasting breading I have had on wings. The staff definitely made it feel like we were at home. We will definitely be back soon. Especially since the manager mentioned that March 4th is the start of their seafood summer.

We went for dinner last night & the service was incredibly slow. We understand when a server has many tables and can’t give the best service but she made rude comments when she noticed we were “in a rush”, well yes we had been waiting for our bill for 40 minutes… Nobody checked on how the food was & we had our dirty plates sitting on our table for half an hour & not one staff member came by to refill our drinks or take the plates away. We normally have amazing service but this time was just a huge disappointment. Food is always good though.

Make sure you read the fine print and rules on the menu. Everything offered has some rule of trade off. They offer a combo 1/4 chicken dinner for $18.xx. White meat is extra. If you take the cup of soup that is pictured, they don't give you the desert that is also shown on the menu for that combo. AMA member free desert doesn't count unless you order 2 meals. OMG. 2 cups of soup, 1 of 1/4 chicken dinner with white meat shared between 2 and including 20% tip you are billed about $34. Not cheap, but the food is always good, and we keep going back lol.
