The weekday morning shift is good and efficient but good luck on the weekends. Consistently awful service and food on the weekends. On my last trip I asked for a plain wrap. Not only were tomatoes and lettuce included but I also received a few bonus black hairs.

I am giving a one star rating only because my review would not post without it. Twice I have been at this location about 9:30 pm and the doors have been locked despite the sign saying open till 11pm. There were two staff working at the counter both times. I have yet to get in the door. I came walking so drive thru was not an option. So I went next door and gave my money to shell.

Tried ordering a wrap in the drivethru and I noticed they didn't key in the 'extra toasted' I requested. At the window I asked to clarify the order and they said it would be extra toasted. It came to me barely warm, so I gave it back and said it wasn't right. They took the food that was just in my hand and put it back on the grill. Definitely not food safe. I'd stay clear of this place if you value food hygiene.

The worst Tim Horton ever. I was there not long ago. Every customer got courtesy and respect except me. I had to tell her several times I wanted tea. She and a coworker smirked and said something in their language. Several more times I had to tell her what kind. A customer who was finished whatever he and friend had said to her to get another job since she and her coworker couldn't respect a walking disability person.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a tight accessible entry way.
