This is probably the 2nd time I've been to this location, working in the area so quick break n such. The first time I also noticed this but figured it'd be a one-off but went today, weather wasn't hot or even warm so no reason why they'd be as many flies as there were but what was worrying was this time there was a tray with bagels n similar type of bread, last time it was dessert type of baked good n flies around that. I ordered a regular latte with oat milk as always and this has to be the 10th time someone has put cane sugar in it which is disgusting. Then I get it remade and it's mostly just milk because they added the ice at the end. I don't want a giant cup of oat milk. This is really getting frustrating that a quick drive thru turns into a 20 min ordeal. I get one or twice but this has happened so many times.

I went through drive though this morning. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side... not only was there hardly any cream cheese, but there was a piece of soggy bread sitting at the bottom of it. They also didnt supply me with a knife to spread the cream cheese . Very disappointing.
