The people that work here are really unfriendly. The girl that handed me my items didn't even say a word to me. She handed me out the bag and shut the window without a word. I couldn't even ask for anything. There was no napkins, I was missing things I ordered. By the time I was driving away I was so disgusted with the service I wasn't about to go inside to get it fixed. That wasn't the first time they are like that. Terrible terrible service

Got there around 4, didnt have someone serving me until close to 4:15. When I went to get a drink there was no available options and people behind struggled to get a drink from the back. Tomato was rotten in my chicken burger. Would not recommend

I came to this restaurant today at 4:00 was almost zero cars in drive through and nobody in the dining room yet it still took them about 10mins to acknowledge that we were standing at the counter. Their drink machine was out of every single option. The food was also all stale and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time I also witnessed them dump the fries in the garbage and the basket actually touched the inside of the can and then go right back into the fryer I will never eat here again and I urge others to not eat her either

Excellent service, the French fries are delicious, they have a soda dispenser with many flavors, the bathroom was clean and smelled good, they definitely do a great job. Congratulations and thank you for being so kind.

One star is too many.We live on the outskirts of the city. My husband and I were heading home separate so he stopped and grabbed the kids JBCS easy cheap and the nutrition doesn't make me feel like a horrible mom.My 8 year is very picky he will only eat it with the patty, bacon and lettuce only. I check everytime, 50% of the time I hand it right back.Today my husband didn't check gets home, texts me and I was at sobeys so I told him to send me a picture and I would go grab him new ones. (We had no other dinner plans before hockey) keep in mind I'm actually in a hurry.I go in and 2 different ladies ask me if it was in the dinning room or the drive through. I said I didn't know but they kept going back in forth so I called him. He cam in the dinning room because drive through was busy.They carry on to making other people's orders, no big deal.After being there for 20 min I asked how long it will take and she said can you just wait... asked again about the dinning room and if I had the burgers, I said no we live 20 min outside of town he was home when he saw it was made wrong. Cause that's where my kids are.She said the burgers have to be there and they were not making it. I was pretty fired up first time rasing my voice to someone but my kids in public. I asked them if they planned on telling me while they seen me waiting for 20 min that they didn't plan on making them... she asked me to wait and like 5 ladies were hanging out by the drove thru I then hollared can someone come speak with me...At this point I said do you think I'd lie for 4 dollars... I'll buy the burgers for the love of God can I please have them made..I probably didn't say please actually.In hind sight I bet they thought he sat in the dinning room ate the burgers and then I was complaining an hour later... what throws me is the blatant disregard to help me, the slight ignorant giggles. I asked her 8 times if she was the manager finally she gave me the burgers and told me to check them. (Which she said early he should have checked them before he left)..Anyways we won't ever eat there again. Sadly I probably won't boycott all wendys because my very picky child will eat that. And it's not deep fried so it's an easy quick meal.These two burgers took more then an hour of my time today.And I would like to apologize to every person who heard me yell while eating their wendys.

Worst drive through service ever!!! Not professional at all. When I was ordering it was like she wasn't even listening to what I was ordering. Long pause and then she comes back on and asks again what I wanted as she was laughing over the speaker and could be heard not speaking English. Got up to window to pay very rude is all I can say. Practically threw my food at me. Never again!!!

We have avoided this Wendy’s for a bit because of the service and incorrect drive through orders but decided to give it another shot. What a mistake! We tried to go in to sit down for breakfast and the sign on the door says they open at 7:30 am. It was 9:00 am and the doors were locked. We did see some one in the drive through so we ended up going through there. One of us ordered the $5.00 bacon and egg croissant with potato wedges and their bacon and egg on a cheese biscuit meal. We pulled up to the window and were promptly informed that they did not have the cheese biscuit and asked if a croissant would be okay. We went to pay and the total seemed off so we asked them to confirm the order and they missed half the order. We got this fixed and got our food and headed home. We figured that it should be okay since we had gone over the order before paying. Well, we got home and both breakfast sandwiches were wrong! So frustrating! Never going back again. Too many fails at this location. I am surprised it is still in business. Zero stars - do not recommend.
