Expired stock, long lineups with only one staff working a till, pumps that haven’t worked properly in over a year… I’ve learned to be extra cautious if I have to visit this store, but I avoid it at all costs if I can.

Staff did not understan what I was telling them, I even showed a sale sigb, they still put the wrong item on the till. Almost over charged, then forgot the pizza slices. Then as I am eating in my truck, all hor food was cold. Terrible place.

Every single time i order on skip from this location they always call me to tell me "we dont have this item in stock" and then claim they arent capable of canceling my skip order from their end so i have to wait forever for skip to cancel my order sometimes resulting in the driver already showing up and forcing me to get something else because "the driver is already there so we cannot cancel your order". JUST TAKE IT OFF OF THE MENU IF IT IS NOT IN STOCK! It really isnt that complicated.

This is 7 -11 has the worst customer service ever. Waited over 10 minutes for the worker to unlock the door when the store is 24 hours, when he finally unlocked it there was over 8 customers waiting to be let in, then when let in to the store he did not even great any of us, then when I put my pop on the counter to pay as he watched he proceeded to walk to the back so I waited another couple mins then went back there and said can I pay for my food or r u not gonna do ur job and he was extremely disrespectful, go to any other sev

I ordered 2 orders of 2 for $5.00 corndogs and paid for $10.00 ish and guess what? I only get 2 pieces that is supposed to be four corndogs. Staff need to take basic math training I guess. Pre-school kids can even get it right.

i bought 6 coke zero 1L pops from them. 4 of them have been expired. 3 expired on MR22 2021 and 1 expired DEC20 2020. an thats just this time. more times then i care tonlist they have dated product on the shelves. expired sandwiches, chocolate bars, chips and even now pop. do not buy anything without looking for dates, in fact dont shop at all. they dont care and just want to push their little money thing on u (pizza,fries,chicken etc).

Twice i have come into the store at 6:15 am and encountered a problem. The clerk tried to charge me extra for something i didnt even buy and i only caught it before i tapped because it seemed to much so i checked the register and found the error.The employee didnt even say sorry until i told him he could be charged with fraud and theft.

They simply don’t care about their customers but no 711 does. The reason I am writing this today is because of the paper straws. They recently had biodegradable plastic straws that worked great. I got an XL slurpee and didn’t get through half of it before the straw turned to mush. Immediately, you can taste the paper with every sip but now I can’t drink it, stir it or spoon it. What a joke! Circle K will get my business now.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The bathroom was disgusting to the point where i just wanted to walk right back out. And to add onto it an employee had just come out of the bathroom as i was entering the store. Just disgusting... will never go there again....

My Brice and I went in to get a slurpee and some snacks around 11: O'clock Sunday feb 2nd 2020 and the guy work I didn't catch his name was grabbing at my niece and made her feel really uncomfortable. After grabbing my niece and leaving he followed us out and tried grabbing her through my window. Highly recommend that he gets terminated. This should not be happening. My niece is 14 and even though she was right next to me the whol time it didn't stop this employee from grabbing at her.
