Felt so disrespected going there for some pizza and wings… we’ve been loyal customers for this exact store since we got a house in spruce grove. And they had to audacity to give us old and stale food… wings and pizza were extremely chewy and unbearable to eat… I used to work at Mc Donald’s and we threw out food that’s old not give it to people… please get your food and workers straight. If you hate your job then find a new one.

Ripped my 8 yesr old off, he went and got an iced coffee for me (I was waiting in the vehicle with the little ones) and the machine was pretty much empty. Because hes an honest kid he brought the cup up to the counter, they didn't say anything to him even though it was less then 1/4 full but charged the full price. I went in and they made it right (thank you), but if I didn't go in and confront the staff he would have been out that money. That's not right.

I went to this gas station a couple weeks ago, my ATM card or my credit card would not work at the pump nor in the store, after several attempts, so this younger Filipino woman that was very pregnant that I was dealing with, suggested for me to use the ATM machine inside the store, but I told her I did not want to pay the extra money, as I am a senior on a fixed income. So she told me that she would give me back the $3.00 service fee the ATM charges, so I used the ATM machine and brought the money and showed her my receipt, that I was charged, I gave her the money for the gas and she handed my some big bucks, but I told her that she said she would give me the $3.00 service charge also and after several times asking her, she finally gave me the $3.00 back, but she took away the big bucks, so I told my sister about that and she informed me that when she fuels up at 7-11, they always give her big bucks back, so I am discourage she took advantage of a senior and will not stop there anymore and wanted to share my story about that store, because it was very frustrating for me. Fuel theft affects us all. Statement from lots of fuel stations. It seems this 7/11 Petrocanada has found a way around this to skim off the top of your purchases.When paying in store for what should be a preauthorized fuel up it is actually pay in full for that amount. And without knowing your suppose to go back in for your cash. Actually needing my receipt today I found this out the hard way. Getting cash back on a visa purchase isn’t cool. Knowing you’ve made several purchases on visa for what are suppose to be pre authorized but weren’t is even less cool. Theft. Visa fraud. And the insinuation that employees could be skimming off the top of this cash their customers unknowingly leave behind is even worse. Disappointing. Only place I’ve ever had do this. Ever.Even if I’ve ran out of fuel I would push my truck/car to the station down the road.To bad you cannot do no star.Your link doesn’t work.

I am a paraplegic and I am currently in the Glenrose hospital. Tonight (may 23rd 2020 1715 hrs) my wife went to speak with the store management about this location blocking the accessibility with an ice machine, pallets of wood ect. The store manager accompanied my wife outside to see the obstruction but defended 7-11 "saying it was a building infrastructure issue". Clearly there is an assesible spot with a ramp to the concrete walkway, however there is stuff blocking the accessibility! It would be fine if I had a choice not to frequent this 7-11 for merchandise but it happens to be the canada post retail location for my subdivision. When my wife rebuted not "to insult her intelligence, it is clearly not an infrastructure issue...it is an issue with blocking the existing infastructure" the manager turn and walked away. Totally unacceptable customer service, this employee should have forwarded the information to 7-11 & canada post.

Retrain your staff you always charge me the wrong price for my cigarettes and when i tell you that you did youtell me the prices went up almost every time amd ot turns out u were wrong amd charged me for a highe price pack.you guys got to stop lying .ill be calling the head office

Overall great experience. Excellent customer service. Filled up the gas this morning & grabbed some breakfast & snacks to have. Team members are very customer centric. My breakfast sandwich was hot & delicious. Loved the bakery collection they have. They had great variety of taquitos. Store was very clean. Great place to grab some snacks any head out at any point of time.

I'm deaf and it always gets difficult to know about any deals or anything like that. I went in for a slurpee and the cashier was really nice, she said something so I put my hand up to my ear which means "I can't hear you/I'm deaf." So she wrote it down on a piece of paper for me telling me about the deal the store was having. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but usually in situations like these staff ignores it, or keep on talking, or sometimes they put my product to the side and motion me out of the store. If 7-11 staff workers accepted tips I would've given her 100000 dollars. :)
