We were looking forward to eating here. Came from out of town to meet friends. Tried to get in. Checked that we were using the right code checked we weren't too early yep should be open. But It was closed.!! No sign on the door nothing on your website. Finally asked at the resturant they told us oh its closed tonight staff issues. Now you have customer issues.. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Landed up going to a nice restaurant & had a good meal.

Waited a hour and a half for skip to notify us that broadway and grand had randomly cancelled our order. What’s worst is this isn’t the first time, never ordering or visiting again!

Wow. I am absolutely blown away by the service I received last night. Max and Rae you were the absolute highlight of this night and I have never experienced better service in my life. Max, you went above and beyond in saving the day. I had a reservation for a birthday here, and you brought in extra staff to make sure we were accommodated and cared for all night. You were short staffed and gave THE BEST customer service along with Rae. You two kicked off the night and I left in happy tears I was so blown away. This was the BEST experience I have had hands down. If you need a reservation of any sort, or you want amazing food and OUTSTANDING service you need to eat here! This team works so hard even when they are short and they go above and beyond. I am always coming back here with my family and friends. I was visiting Spruce grove a couple weeks ago to visit family who live there now and they suggested this place. I have to be honest, when I think of top quality restaurants a trip to a small town in Alberta is not what I’m thinking. To say I was surprised (shocked ?) is a understatement. All I got was a burger and fries and it was simply outstanding. This burger was as good as any burger I’ve had in London or New York or LA- it was awesome. I have been back home now for 2 weeks and I’m still thinking about it. It was charred and not over cooked , well seasoned and so simple but it was such a reminder for me of how simple things can be the hardest to Absolutley nail but this fellers nailed it. I even had it delivered ! Good always dies a bit in the box when it delivered and I honestly struggle to grasp how this burger could be better. If I’m ever back I’m getting off the plane, taking a cab straight to this place and getting this as dine in.Ps they nailed the fries too.

Unfortunately tonight my Dad and I’s supper was ruined due to poor service. We sat down and everything was alright , got our appetizers and ordered our food. 30 minutes pass and I received my pasta but the waitress tells us they are out of ribs. This was after 30 minutes of waiting that they told us they had no ribs. Rather than being told when we had ordered. This left my dad very upset and our supper was soured due to it. Unfortunately they didn’t do much to reconcile the issue, they only removed two beers off of the bill. Nothing else. When paying for food at a restaurant you are not only paying for the cost but the experience, which we did not get a good one at all. The manager we dealt with was named Max and he was stand-offish and not very helpful. His excuse for the kitchen not telling us was that they were “swamped” which in all honesty, not even half of the tables were full. Terrible excuses, poor management, and unsatisfactory service. We still ended up paying $60+ for a couple beer, an appetizer and a pasta dish.

We went for a light dinner on Sunday night. I didn't realize it closed at 8, we arrived at 7 and our server did not mention it.So we ordered a drink and then our meal. I ordered the chicken brie and balsamic sandwich with truffle fries. My friend ordered the Brisket sandwich and truffle fries.I'm only speaking for me, my meal was not good. There were chunks of chicken that I couldn't chew and the truffle fries were barely warm.While I had my sandwich in my hand on the way to my mouth for a bite, the server asked if she could take away my dishes...I said no I'm not finished. She smiled and left.Then when we were finished our meal and finishing off our drinks, we each only had one drink, the owner came and said he was closing so everyone could go home. He explained that he closed at 8 on Sundays, it was 8:02 when I sat I my truck.So over all, I cannot recommend this establishment.My friend did enjoy his Brisket sandwich but his fries were just warm as well.
Good food! It's a nice restaurant with solid menu choices. Oh ya, had a very good brisket sandwich! Excellent Mac & cheese Will be back.

Get there early or you may not get what you want. Now normally that's a terrible sign of the business, but here it's just dam good food and BBQ that's gone early. I would live to get their early enough to try the BBQ out. Maybe next time.

We went for dinner last week and were beyond happy with the atmosphere, food, and service. We found both our server and the other server to be extremely friendly and pleasant. This was our first time here and we were lucky enough to try the truffle burger, which was brought back as a special. We also had the fish burger. Both were delicious. We will definitely be back; we highly recommend this place.

We didn't receive the chicken in the B&G Meat Platter. The meat was so smoky it was inedible. The pork was the only meat I could tolerate to eat. Meat was dry and ribs were charcoal black. Dissapointing meal due to too much smoke flavor.

Very nice, relaxed atmosphere. Server was very friendly and provided me with daily specials upon initial greeting. I ordered the B&G Burger as he had recommended this as a top burger choice. I am sauce picky so i substituted the B&G burger sauce for mayo. This burger exceeded my expectations. The fries were some of the best fries i have had in a long time as well. I do think the fry portion was small when compared to what you receive elsewhere though. Either way I would 100% go back again for this burger.Dietary restrictions: Gf options
