I eat at Edo Japan daily and I eat at a location thats near me when it's meal time! Yesterday I picked spruce grove location everything was fine till I'm guessing it was the owner he was walking around asking every person who was eating how was there meals .when he came to my table and asked how my meal was ,I then replied it was OK. He then walked away repeating what I just said and had disappointed look on his face and he was shaking his head like I insulated his 5 star restaurant.....for starters not everybody who eat at restaurants like too be bother about their meal especially how it is tasting or even to be distributed while eating ..its a fast food restaurant the meals are Generic and all the restaurants have the same menu.. I find your questions at the end of my review funny I spend 35 everyday at edo japan I eat solo everytime as I'll be returning this evening cause it's better than McDonald's LOL

The customer service here is next level. I ordered 30 minutes before closing, nervous as heck thinking they would hate me but I was treated so well!! For a fast food joint the service and food is amazing!I also love that they have biodegradable plastic Straws and not paper straws!
