There were 2 flavours of the milkshakes not available, so I only bought 1 instead of 2. The size of the cup is smaller than the advertisement photos. Flavour is good, but not worth the price for the small cup size.

Full of untrained staff, who can't even process their own gift cards.

Ordered breakfast bacon was overcooked and salty hash browns were half raw. Missing pancakes and sausages. Breakfast wrap was also disgusting will never order from here again. Waste of $50

Anna was our server and she was so friendly, polite and efficient. The food is great here and service as well. (Breakfast is awesome). So reasonably priced. You pay one or two dollars more than the fast food chains and the food quality is far superior!!!Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy friendly.

I never order burgers because I am not a meat eater but my son took me there . I ordered a mushroom burger with guacamole and spicy fries. Delicious and have been back. Could eat those burgers every day lol.

The food quality has degraded slightly over the past couple of years. Not sure why. Still fairly good food, but seems a little pricey.

I recently visited Fatburger for a quick lunch break and opted for their California veggie burger. While not a vegan myself, I was intrigued by the inclusion of a fried egg and why it would be added on a vegan menu. However, my experience was marred by some concerning observations. As I watched the staff prepare my burger, I noticed a significant issue with cross-contamination. The use of a single pair of gloves for tasks involving raw eggs, handling buns and toppings, and even operating the fryer raised serious concerns about food safety practices. Moreover, upon grabbing my drink, I discovered the grimy state of the bottom grill in the drink dispenser, tainted with residue from syrups, rust and more. The overall lack of cleanliness added another layer of discomfort to my visit.Despite a 20-minute wait for my to-go order, the rush back to work was met with disappointment. The onion rings container revealed a layer of grease and oil at the bottom, indicating a need for improved handling of fried items before packaging. While my experience wasn't terrible, there's significant room for improvement in terms of food handling safety and cleanliness at Fatburger. Addressing these concerns would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience.

Very welcoming atmosphere, and you notice it the second you walk in the door as you're greeted with a warm "Welcome or Hello" and every time. The food, I find a different take on burgers apart from most others, and that's that the burgers are fried rather than charbroiled, and I have to say it maintains more moisture and jiuciness. I also like that they warm the buns on the grill. All this at a reasonable price.I really like it and have gone back several times since my first visit. My favorite "Mushroom Swiss"

Every time i go here the food is just wonderful, its a full diner experience with wonderful milkshakes and the best fried chicken. Unlike a lot of food places now adays, theres always lots of care in food prep and it always tastes delicious. Favourite place to go with my father. Sometimes can be pricey but still worth it.
