I was very disappointed with both pizzas I received tonight. Got a thin crust and deep dish ultimate supreme pizzas and both had literally no sauce and very little cheese. The onions and green peppers were hardly cooked and the mushrooms were over cooked. My best friend and I had to literally wash the pizza down with water because it was gross. This place has gone very downhill

The two women working over there always give me old food. Even though I call and order and arrive before time , food still seems like it was sitting in hothox for well over 10 15 minutes. I’m very upset with it. They have done this to me on multiple occasions.

Had a shocking experience here in Spruce Grove- the lady making the pizzas was cutting up some in a box and she let out this huge sneeze she then finished cutting the pizza she sneezed on and placed the box on top of the cooker - i was horrified !!So her spit goes all over the pizza and your giving that to someone!! So disgusting ?I will never step foot in there again

I'm unable to place a simple order using the app or website. Issue is on the app's end. Contacting little Caesars socials just says to call the store. I've done that. I will no longer order by phone because the screwed up my called in order 3 times. The order is a medium stuff crust cheese only pizza and they cannot get it right when called in. They actually sold it to someone else once. I can make my order and any other options I want from other locations in the app too. It's only the Spruce Grove, AB Canada location that refuses.Don't ask me to call. I'm not calling the local store again and I'm not calling your corp office.

While a busy place of business is a good sign, it would have helped to have more than 3 people working at this location on a Friday. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes to pick up 2 Skip the Dishes orders to take to our customers. We also saw at least 3 other Skip drivers waiting in addition to many typical customers. (At times, people left and came back because the lobby was full. Our 2 deliveries were finally complete, and I asked the staff member if our personal order was ready. We ordered at 3:30pm for a 6:45pm pickup. Everything was ready except for one item, and we were already past the 6:45pm pick-up time. My husband and I had to leave our dinner behind in order to deliver the 2 VERY late Skip customer orders only to have to drive back to the restaurant to retrieve our food. Once there, we retrieved our order only to discover our side of marinara was pulled straight from the refrigerator and put into our bag (I watched).I would like to hope that I can update this review because the food was delicious! We would like to continue to order from Little Caesars in Spruce Grove, but something seriously needs to change in staff and task planning.
