Absolutely horrible. Cold fries, warmed them up but now so gross. Cold wrap. Dressing from salad spoiled the wrap making it wet. Not sure if it was Uber or the restaurant but I called the store and the lady couldn’t speak English. This is the second time we tried.

horrible experience wish I would have gotten it on video but the gentleman named Mann is extremely rude and should not be doing any customer service jobs.

Won't be back. Prices are not listed. Looking at paper menu for kids meals. Clearly said includes drink they tried to tell me don't come with a drink. Ordering was not easy as communication was poor. Washrooms were disgusting. All the hand wash stations do not work. My 6 yr old even commented that the washrooms are the worst she has seen.

It was a couple weeks ago but I was pretty upset knowing they gave me old slimy Ceasar salad with browns all in it, even though the couple in front of me complained about the old salad and requested a fresh one made then I asked if my ceaser salad would be fresh and they said yes. The staff ended up pawning me old caeser salad. Like if it looks old throw it out, salad is cheap. Now I'm leaving a bad review, and I didnt enjoy it because it ruined my meal.

If I could give the atmosphere a 0 I would right when you walk in your hit with an awful stench that will make you want to leave the toilets are always out of order.. utensils are never filled up there was fruit flys on the drink dispenser where the pop comes out of .. definitely do not recommend.

Don’t waste your time. The majority of the time, your food comes out over cooked, over seasoned or wrong.Couple months back when I tried to redeem a birthday coupon, NOT ONE employee could help me redeem it. It was a massive hassle that shouldn’t have been. There’s also an employee that likes to argue with customers and completely disrespect them infront of other customers. This “food establishment” is always disgusting. Eating area is always messy, tables not wiped, garbage on the floor, floor is full of food, garbage etc.Place needs a refresh on employees and management.I will never spend money here again, and hope they go out of business.

I went in this evening and one of the 2 individuals working was clearly too sick to be at work. between hacking coughing fits and sniffling over the food they were preparing, not changing gloves or washing hands between coughing fits and not wearing a mask i was honestly a bit put off my appetite. thankfully another patron of the establishment was also uncomfortable and asked that the sick individual not continue to prepare food. the individual then attempted to argue that it was fine since they were coughing into their elbow but only after I too asked that they not continue to prepare food as it was an incredibly unhygienic practice did they oblige and go to the back. it is unfortunate that the management of this establishment has created an environment where employees either feel they are unable to take time away when they are sick or creating a space where employees think it is ok to come in when they are very clearly too ill to be working in food service, especially when not wearing the proper ppe to make it slightly more hygienic. I’m still quite put off my food and haven’t really eaten much which is disappointing at such a high price point. I also am disappointed that my salad was placed in the same container as my hot rice and potatoes resulting in an incredibly soggy salad by the time i arrived home to eat. the ice machine on the pop dispenser was also out of order. I hope this opa location is able to improve its hygienic practices but i’m not sure i will feel comfortable ever returning.

We like the food but the service is terrible. Ordered delivery through skip and they missed an entire order. Only offered to refund the missed meal and nothing for the inconveniences. Very disappointing. Losing a customer instead of offering a discount.

I used to buy OPA platter here all the time and I see degradation of that place! Amount of chicken is ridiculous. If you compare to what it used to be, it’s like more then half smaller portion, same with everything. But the price is steadily going up! Even on the west End still have good size plates. I rather drive extra mileage but not support cheap and greedy place.
