Mediocre food and service. The ayce menu online and physical in restaurant doesn't distinguish lunch v. dinner so I was surprised when the paper to order had fewer items. They did offer the dinner menu which we ordered from. They didn't tell me they were charging $5 for my 9 month old to eat a few baby bites of my husband's fried rice, I got that surprise when I paid the bill. It's not posted anywhere online, in the restaurant or verbally. While the cost of ayce is on par with other restaurants, the quality isn't there. I wanted to try Osaka after rave reviews from a food blog but my family and I would be hard pressed to return. There are other ayce worth the money and infants are free.

The best sushi in Spruce Grove. The owners are always super friendly. The service is great even at busy times. I have yet to have a bad experience here.

We came here for their all you can eat Fridays. We had looked at their menu online, and there were many items that we wanted to try. Upon arriving, most of the items were blacked out on the order sheet. Almost everything that we were excited to try. What we did order, was just okay, nothing amazing. My chicken came to me cold, and the udon noodles were nasty tasting. The service was lacking from the beginning, and they only started to pay attention to us once we complained, because half of our food never arrived. For the price we paid, we could have went into Edmonton and had better food and much better service. I do not recommend, and I will not go back.

I visited this sushi restaurant today and the food was really amazing, very beautiful and delicious, if it could be more than five stars I would give it higher.

Went there for my dad's 60th birthday and ordered the all you can eat menu, waited an hour and a half for some of the order to arrive. They gave us another paper to order more while we waited for the rest of the food and it never came while we waited another 45 minutes. My chicken teriyaki was cold on arrival and some of the food was not cooked thoroughly. I figured they should comp one person since we didn't get our food and they said they wouldn't charge for my 1 1/2 year old daughter who obviously was not eating the food in the first place(cost $200 for four people). This was the single worst dining experience I've ever had in my life and advise you to choose a different Japanese restaurant in Spruce Grove as the others are of a far superior quality both in service and food.

After our first bad experience here a year ago, my spouse and I decide we probably wouldn't come back here. But we decided to give it a second try. Still not a desirable place to eat. The food is tasty. But why am I paying $42/person for all, you can eat when half the food you order doesn't come or they bring you the wrong items and than, get mad at you for it. Service e is also not so great.. We went in at 5pm there was 3 other occupied tables and one left shortly after sitting. We weren't asked for our drinks for almost 10 minutes. When they finally brought them we had filled out the order sheet to be prepared after being there for almost 20 minutes now. Our firdt round of food didn't show up until 5:40pm. Missing half of our order as well as some. Added food we didn't want. After our first round we were asked if that was everything and if we were ready for the bill.... It's now 6pm and we still, had another sheet ready to go with a full list for our "main". That didn't show up until 630. We ate and than nobody came to see us until I got up to pay, at, the counter before leaving. 2 hours there for poor quality service and lack there of food. Nobody should ever go to an, all you can eat sushi buffet and leave still hungry/dissatisfied. Will not return. Not worth the money for sub par service and food.Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from if they'll ever bring you it.

I love Osaka so much and go very often, I’m not a fan of fish but their Chicken Teriyaki Don, Chicken Teriyaki Rolls, Gyoza, and Assorted Vegetable Tempura is so amazing I HIGHLY recommend!

Went for the all you can eat Friday. It was surprisingly very good. It’s not usual that all the menu items you get from an all you can eat are good. It is a bit pricy but sushi is usually a bit expensive.

The food is extremely salty. Saltiest sushi and udon noodles I’ve ever had. Service was poor. Messed up orders. Didnt bring drinks.

Went for all you can eat sushi dinner here. Absolutely horrible! We ordered some salmon dragon eye sushi rolls, deep fried(might have name wrong) . It wasn't salmon. It tasted like tuna fish out of a can. We asked them to take it away. The spiced beef was like a slice of roast beef from the deli with sauce dribbled on it. The spiced salmon was a piece of thin low quality salmon; sliced very thin with sauce. Dry as anything. The fish in the sushi rolls was horrible. Again was supposed to be salmon but it was from a tuna fish can for sure. The chicken skewer was wrapped with rancid bacon. I can't say 1 thing we ordered was even passable. My husband & I just got home & went straight for the tums. We had looked forward to a treat - we both love sushi - very disappointing. And a waste of $.

The bubble tea wasn’t good, I asked for it to be taken off the bill. the food was ok, not as fresh as I would have hoped. The lunch bento box was very small for $20. Wouldn’t

I just called them for information. The woman turned off the phone to my face. After that, the woman said that the owner went on vacation to China. She yelled at me. 0 respect 0 kindness 0 communication skills. They are even like that for a call. I can not imagine their service skills.
