since when did they start taking money first for ordering take out. always use to call the number and make my order and pick up and pay before taking it home. don’t like giving out my card info thru the phone so probably be the last time ordering from here.

We seem to gravitate to Swiss Chalet in Spruce Grove as the staff are great, the food is good and affordable during these rising prices and we have always been served quickly.. Dining here, has always been a pleasant experience. Good job, ladies and gentlemen.

On this visit to Swiss Chalet in Spruce Grove, I ordered the Smoky BBQ Rib Sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy on the side, and it was fantastic! I really wanted to have a change from the usual rotisserie chicken. I would highly recommend this dish if you eat pork, and other items that come on it. They have a good choice of sides as well. Thank you Swiss Chalet staff for the wonderful service and food:) I will be back.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger amongst other options.Dietary restrictions: You can request for dietary restrictions.Parking: Enough parking.Kid-friendliness: They have enough space for families. Decided to give this place a second chance after a raw chicken experience years prior, and was extremely disappointed. We had to wait 10 minutes before a host came to the front and greeted us. Then sat for 20 minutes waiting for drinks and someone to take our order. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere as we were so disappointed with the lack of service.

Yup, when I am craving a hot Turkey Sandwhich this is where I go.It's too much for me to cook a whole turkey being alone now.Though I usually get mashed potatoes, the fries are to die for.You can choose white or dark meat which is a bonus considering I like dark meat, it's always still warm when u get home if your ordering take out.Great food, and excellent customer service.Those philipenoes are such friendly hard working people and a pleasure to be around.Not to mention I get a hot turkey sandwich for less than $25. And it completely fills me up, considering you spend that much at McDonald's and this is so much more wholesome.Enjoy!! I do!Parking: Usually plenty of parking near the front doors

Ordered delivery at 5pm my order left the store according to the app. 40 min later it was still not at my house which is 11 min from the store. I called the customer service line and they transferred me to the store because my order was marked delivered at 5:55. The store did not even answer the phone. Luckily the driver showed up at 6:10. The food was cold. When you pay $30 or more for delivery I don’t expect to need to recook it myself. I assume the driver was delivering other orders on the way given the length of time after he left the store. The driver was very kind though!
