They are serving hot beverages cold.I ordered a steeped tea it was cold like ice.The Guy serving at the drive through window was looking at me surprised when I said it is cold.They need to understand when someone is ordering a hot beverage. It should be hot not cold.50% of the time they make my order wrong.If I say medium they give me large.If I say 2 milk they put 2 cream.Very disappointedAND IT IS HAPPENING ON ALL OF THIER TIMHORTONS .Staff isn’t properly trained.
