They still have the plexiglass at the registers makes it hard for them to understand my order. Food quality has declined extremely meat patties seam like they were made three or four days prior and reheated, and the buns are definitely from a cheaper vendor. The tables are all wobbly no one has taken the time to adjust the adjustable feet on the tables, made me feel like I was eating my meal at sea. The attention to detail of cleaning needs a lot of work would hate to imagine the kitchen.

Just because it's fast food doesn't mean you have to sell me garbage...It would be great if the kitchen staff wasn't singing through my whole lunch!!!Squashed bun...cold burger...slipping out everywhere...for the price they charge I think I'll just go to a nice restaurant instead of this place..Wendy's marketing is all about quality and fresh ingredients. Head office should really visit this place unannounced and see what's really happening...BRUTAL!!

The service is okay but I ordered a cheese burger. What I got was a burger with the thinnest slice of cheese I have ever seen. If I was Wendy's I would be embarrassed to call it a cheese burger.

This place has gone downhill recently, it used to be good, going through the drive thru they can't get a simple order right and service isn't the friendliest, they seem more interested socializing among each other about their personal lives instead of serving customers, I will go elsewhere from now on.
