I recently dined at Wok Box and had an exceptional experience! The flavours were exquisite, and the variety of dishes left me impressed. My personal favourite is Dan Dan. The staff was not only friendly but also attentive, making the overall dining atmosphere delightful. I highly recommend Wok Box for anyone craving delicious Asian cuisine.
As the parent of “bawk bawk chicken” you should be ashamed to put that food out.Showed up under cooked and with seasoning on the side that are not what I ordered but still given the “mix it yourself”.Avoid this place and their made up chicken joint it just screams food poisoning.

CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!When I went it, 1 person was waiting for food and 1 "cook" was behind the counter. I walked up to the order counter but was standing back because I was unsure of what I wanted. I had seen their Fry-yay deal (10% off Wings, tenders and Poutines) and decided to get the fully loaded poutine. I then stepped up to the counter because I was ready to order. I knew I wasn't going to get service right away as the "cook" was still making the other persons food. After about a minute and a half, the "cook" had finished with the other person's food and gave it to them. The "cook" then slowly walked to the back completely ignoring me, even though it was clear that I was ready to order. It wasn't until the door chimed and a food currior came in that he came out from the back and immediately helped the currior. After about 5 minutes of waiting ( in total) he finally came to the order counter and took my order, I had to ask him to speak up because I could barely hear or understand what he was saying. After I had ordered my poutine I had to ASK for the 10% off.He was NOT wearing gloves or a hair net.As he was preparing my order I had noticed that he had a pair of Scissors in his hand... HE WAS CUTTING UP THE CHICKEN AND BACON!!!He then PUT THE SCISSORS IN THE DEEPFRYER.... to sterilise them....At the end instead of handing my food to me, he tossed it on the counter and walked awayI would also like to note that the inside of the restaurant.... if you can even call ot that.... was filthy, it didn't look like the floor had been swept or moped in weeks and the majority of the tables had trash on them... lord knows that it is not busy enough in there for it to get that dirty in less that 2 hours.
My family and I ordered over $70 worth of food. The only “decent” thing to eat was the potstickers. The wonton soup was disgusting!!! The broth was tasteless and bland. If you could imagine what dirty sock water would taste like, that’s it. When took I took the food back to the counter I was asked if I wanted something else to eat. We had 1 dish out of 4 that was “decent”, no thank you. We left hungry and disappointed.

Horrbile place - cant even take an order properly . Cant deliver the proper order . When we called back they promised to replace the meal on next order . Now they cant even remember . Staff mops floors without a west signage on . Save your $$ and go somewhwre else . Absolutely not worth it
