JR Abby and Patrick were amazing. Customized the smoothie for me and my adorable little ones plus my mom who can't have certain foods. they really took the time to show that they care. I'd say just make sure to ask for these people when ordering and you'll enjoy the smoothie. They are great for making delicious quality products. This location does not follow the same ratios as the other locations terrible versions of our regular smoothie more then once at this location I was hoping they were one off situations but no they are very runny and it's not just one flavor or one Time

On May 15, I bought and Strawberry Sunshine and it was very runny. Not sure if they have change the recepie of their drinks but this is not the first time it happens and I find this very disappointing.

Very bad experience last night March 12th, around 8:30pm... This girl with big glasses served the drink, turned away after served it, without any respect, without a word of thank you or have a good night! Perhaps because she didn't get a tip?! Ha?! What tip?!! The only thing she deserve is to get fired, not any tip! What a terrible attitude and disgraceful behavior!

Food and drink was good. Employees were horrible. They weren’t in uniform, the guy was wearing AirPods, he kept putting his shirt over his mouth, touching his face then making drinks and food. I asked him a question and he completely ignored me. The lady working was only filling drinks up half way or a third way full. Horrible experience with the employees. Please get this fixed.
Loved them! This one particular girl with really long hair was super nice! Very accommodating and made sure my order was correct. Definitely coming back!

Food is over priced but expected. Staff was unprofessional and cleanliness was questionable. The person taking order and making drinks ignored customer requests continued to touch their face, mouth, airpods, and shirt and never washed their hands. All around displeased attitude from staff. I understand ppl have bad days but reading prior reviews makes it clear it’s not a one off.

Poor poor customer service. They apparently decided to get rid of the fresh juices although still shown on the menu. Tried many times over the last few months and they have no fresh juice. Other locations still have them all the time. The employees seem not interested and not motivated.

I guess you have to watch if they put the protein powder into your protein booster juice. I'm not sure if they're lazy or cutting costs where they can. Very unimpressed.
