Helped me out a lot when I placed a last minute massive order to feed 30 people on a work crew! Was ready in only a few hours! Manager was very nice and so were the servers at the front desk everyone seemed very friendly and even helped me carry the food out to my truck. 10 out of 10

We ordered from Boston Pizza after a really emotionally devastating day (our fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge), & we didn’t have the energy to cook. We ordered a few different items & everything arrived quickly & on time. One of our items had sauce on the sandwich, which we had asked to be omitted. All it took was one call & the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so kind & they sent out a fresh order right away. We were really grateful for their professionalism & we will absolutely be back. Thank you again!

I order delivery from here regularly and multiple times they have forgotten items or the food has been cold, and say they will remove the charge from my next order or give me one free the next time. They said they won't deliver the items because its not worth it for them to go out for one item. I've given them a few chances but the service is terrible, maybe better when you dine in but I'm done with this location.

It's a pretty standard BP's all around but the food quality has dipped so much over the years. We tried to give BP's one last shot and it just didn't work out. Kind of a shame, but it's just growing pains.

Me and my kids have been going here over the last eight years. It is our lunch thought. Sit there and play chess at the table.
We went there last Friday night and the service was exceptional. Server was very friendly very prompt. very knowledgeable.
The food was subpar. no, I take that back. The pasta was great. I had a chicken club, and as soon as I took my first bite, the chicken tasted off.
I thought maybe my tastebuds were just a little in shock because we had just had the French onion soup, and it was the worst onion soup we’ve ever had. I actually had a couple other people taste it just because it tasted so horrible!
Hopefully this is just a temporary thing but we’re going to take a few months off before we return. This is the first bad meal. We’ve had there in eight years so hopefully it was just an outlier.
