The quality & portion sizes have gone way down. I ordered a salad to go to eat later & the dressing was poured on it. Every time I’ve had it before the dressing has been on the side, the guy working there said it was never on the side. So basically I just make stuff up for fun here. Bad customer service. The salad had a couple toppings on it, not worth the money!

I come to this location 2 to 3 times a week. I’ve noticed the customer service at this location have gradually declined.Today I ordered 2 wraps for $29 total. I was on a an important call when I received my order. When I got back to my work, noticed the wraps were significantly smaller than I’m used to, not to exaggerate, each was probably half the normal size.I drive back to explain the situation as I don’t see the $29 transaction justifiable. There were about 5 people working. As I step back after they agreed to remake one of the wraps, they start laughing with one another. One guy, although I do not understand their language, made a gesture to just stretch the wrap out and give it back to me.They did not take me seriously and it’s sad that loyal customers are treated this way. I hope management does something about this because the food is good, but the service pushes people away

Rude young ladies working here. They came and told us we had to leave because they were closing. We apologized for not realizing it was their closing time. And got up to put our coats on and covers on the meal we weren't finished eating . As we stood up to put our coats on they shut off all the lights and were laughing thinking it was funny to rush us out in the dark restaurant. I will never go back.

Flavorful Moroccan soup. Small and regular sizes with the option to add croutons.Lots of seating available when I arrived for a quick snack.

First visit, they gave me the wrong wrap (ordered Mediterranean and they gave me Bangkok), and then told me that I actually ordered something I did not. Second visit, they even yelled out “Mediterranean with chicken” when it was ready, which is what I ordered; there was no chicken in it. Never coming back to this location, they clearly don’t care to give you the food you pay for. Not enjoyable getting gaslit by food services. If you do decide to eat here, unroll your wrap first to make sure they did it right.

I have ordered from here many time before off of skip. And I always order the same thing the baja quesadilla which has chicken in it. When I got my order today there was no chicken in it and only vegetables. How can you forget one of the main ingredient.

Used to come here all the time. Truly was a regular customer as it is a healthy option right by my Gym. The quality and service over the last two years has unfortunately gone down a black diamond ski slope… The portions have gotten a lot smaller. The 3 pieces of rubber chicken is also not worth the 5$ up charge.I ordered a salad off of Skip, midst Finals season. It ended up being around $22, which is a lot for me, a University student. It had wilted lettuce and a hair. I drove to the restaurant to return my food and the new manager on shift could do nothing about it. She said I needed to contact skip, which I did, and I never received my money back. Whatever. The manager on shift could have notified me on the phone before I came into the restaurant that “we cannot give you a refund” instead of wasting my time. I thought she was incredibly inconsiderate, unapologetic, and unprofessional. My parents who own businesses would have dealt with the issue by offering a remake, coupons, or an apology.I never write reviews and i’m not trying to be a Karen. I sadly won’t be coming back as this is now the second time i’ve had a not so great experience. Nonetheless, when the food is made properly, it’s good. However, it’s a hit and miss. Very inconsistent.

There was a long dark hair mixed into my wrap that I took as take out. When I called the store they offered me a free wrap and when I complained to head office that the staff do not wear hair nets to prevent this they brushed me off. Needless to say I did not take up the offer of a free wrap and will never eat here again.Regarding your company’s response: I’m still waiting for a reply from my August 22, 2022 email so why would I bother emailing you again? I gave you 6 months to respond before writing this review.

Last night I went in about 7pm and was looking at menu. When I was ready to order I said hi. The employees seemed to be in deep conversation which is fine but I stood there and made direct eye contact with one and said I was ready to order. No response. I was the only costumer in the store. Eventually they took my order but I was kind of baffled at the level they were ignoring me. Food was fine.

It was lovely, very patient and professional. Thanks to the staff and nicely done packing the foods to go. Looking forward to purchasing from this place again. Thank you for the lovely dinner and keep shining. Thanks.

Given the other locations within Edmonton are so delicious (Mayfield #1), I would expect the same from this location.Unfortunately both the food quality & customer service are lacking. I pay $14 for a chicken wrap no 6, and it is a pinner from this location...dissapointing. I have tried a handful of times from this location, and am not impressed. When i spoke to the manager she told me that they have changed their menu, and that the changes to the wrap are because of that and that I should know that.I really like chopped leaf but I won't go back to the st.albert location.

The customer service is very friendly, however the wraps are very much lacking in toppings and sauce. The past two times I've been there, I've tried to order two of the same wrap but one without tomatoes. Both times, tomatoes were added to both and one of them was still labeled as no tomatoes. Also, both times the croutons for the soup have been served in between two broken pieces of plastic rather than a container ??

Came here for my first time because i wanted something lighter and healthier (because dinner will be heavier, you know how it is).Extremely friendly staff and the owner himself came out to walk me and my husband through the menu. Talk about above and beyond service! The food is so good and tastes fresh and healthy. Their special thing is that they make their own dressings, and you can tell.Highly recommend and we will be returning!

This is my first time with new menu, I ordered a Harvest salad to go. I also asked for 2 container of salad dressing. When I got home 1.3hrs later to eat it. I found that the dressing was not on the side but on my salad x 2 making it a nasty mess. I have ate at chopped leaf threw out Edmonton and area for years.. never has a "to go" Salad had dressing not on the side. The best bart was the grilled chicken, but being not cubbed would have been a challenge to eat. They also didn't give or offer cutlery or napkins.
