I always get amazing service from this DQ location. Everyone is polite, the inside is clean, and they never skimp out on the toppings! This is definitely one of the best locations I've ever been to.

The only DQ by my house is in Hinton( 1hr away). And their onion rings are junk! Chewy and undercooked. Thank God I didn't give up on DQ altogether and came here. The onion rings were perfect. Crispy but not overcooked. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Please send someone to Hinton to learn from your staff here!!

(please note that I never complain about anything, even in times where I should have)My spouse and I came to enjoy a blizzard,. We are the only people in the restaurant and right away we are told to wait a few minutes. Didn't make much sense to me. There were 3 employees working, drive thru had probably 2 people in line, and just us 2 in the store. So we sat with our blizzards and the first couple bites were ok but after the first 2 we couldn't handle how sweet they were. I know icecream is supposed to be sweet but there was something clearly wrong with the blizzards and we couldn't even get through half.So i went and said that the blizzards were overwhelmingly sweet and that we cant even finish half, they very rudely replied with "its ice cream, its supposed to be sweet" and their sarcastic tone of voice I'm sure intended to make us feel stupid.I then was irritated and asked for a refund fpr at least one of the blizzards and they said no and that i should have said there was something wrong before we ate any.But like come on, we tried to get through them since we spent the money and we were sitting in the restaurant to eat and don't like wasting food, but both of us couldn't handle how sweet they were and my spouse can eat sugar out of packets and enjoy it.There was something wrong with those blizzards and every staff member there said we cant do the refunds and we cant do a refund because they have already shut down the till.(I have a suspicion that they all knew the blizzard problem from how defensive they all were)They will still open for 45 minutes, why would they have the till shut down? Not very responsible manager or owner or whoever was in charge that night.I went into this location excited for a treat and left very angry. All i wanted was my money back for just one of the blizzards that could put someone into a diabetic coma. They have the same type of customer service that the TD branch in Inglewood in st albert has.I will never go back unless its for my. Refund, and maybe if they come up with resolution to make me happy, i will take this review down.

Not worth 1 star the drive thru team today at 2:28 needs a huge attitude adjustment. Yelling and being rude at customers is unacceptable. I will be contacting district office .

I ordered two sundaes, was charged for milkshakes, they realised error and gave me the difference, but then one of the sundaes was wrong type. Whom

Would put zero stars if it was an option. Drive through was taking forever so we went in. They made and gave us our ice cream to melt well before the food was made. Got the food, came home and opened up the bag to find the complete wrong order. We didn't order chicken burgers and why would anyone when all it is is a dry bun and a piece of chicken, nothing else.

Went thru the drive through. Ordered large chocolate dipped cones. They were creamy with thick chocolate, absolutely decadent! A lot of DQ locations skimp on their cones, and the chocolate is so thin it barely covers the soft serve. Not the DQ in St Albert, totally scrumptious ??????

Tried out the new honey and garlic chicken strips, they are okay. I would not say they are worth the dollar upgrade fee to be honest. The sauce tastes close if not the same to 711 honey garlic sauce they used to use. (not certain if they still do) other wise the place is clean, modern looking and quick food turn around times.

Can't beat the chocolate sundaes. Ice cream is always great. Prices certainly aren't going down. Long line ups in drive thru at times. Parking lot has some pretty deep potholes.
