I've enjoyed the food at earls for years, but the service can be hit or miss depending on the location. A meeting brought me to the St. Albert location and let me tell you they take service seriously. Not only did the delicious food arrive in a timely manner, the service was top notch from the moment I walked in the door. Helena was a lovely host, she gave us an incredible experience by making us feel welcome and important . I will definitely be coming back to this location when I'm in this neck of the woods.

After a long day's work, we wanted to dig into a delicious juicy burger. Ordered online and received a pick up time of 7:45. Arrived for pick up, order was not ready but it would take another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes order received, drove 5 minutes home (I live sooo close) and two of our group were so hungry they ate the cold food. I looked at my burger and found my meat red and pulled it out and ate the bun. Called the manager and she issued a refund. The third person's food did not stay down, they were in the bathroom during the night.This experience is being noted as it is our second experience with take out from Earls that was not near pleasant.Also, the web site asks for a tip when ordering. We did not leave a tip at time of ordering as there was no service received. At pick up, I explained to the young man at the door that there was intention to provide a tip but the food was late so I could not tip for bad service. Then upon arrival at home, the food was undercooked and cold. A tip definitely not deserving.

Staff were great but was served clam chowder that had been under what I can only presume were heat lamps for hours. It was practically fused to the bowl and the garlic bread was hard enough to bounce about 15cm after being dropped from waist height.Not impressed with the kitchen but the front facing staff were great

Lack of attention to the front entrance when guests come in and the food is incredibly overpriced now, especially for the tiny portions you get. It's like a lean cuisine frozen dinner on a plate, just a tad better. This place was really amazing in the late 90s and early 2000s. It's definitely changed over time. Now I prefer cooking something at home over anything on their menu.

Overall, a great eatery.Drink selections are subpar though; selection is limited.Service was PHENOMENAL.Food was 3-5 stars depending on item.Steak and seafood are done wonderfully here.Appetizer choices seem somewhat.....limited and basic.

Had a great evening at Earls St.Albert. Our server was delightful, engaging and attentive. We had chicken and ribs as well as steak and lobster. Great deal on the wine. Definitely recommend

Food was subpar, same with the service. It seems like this earls is always trying to catch up to their sister restaurants… Spent about $300 on food and drinks and it was An absolute waste of time and money. The service was amateur and slow to say the least, and the food. Well, it was ‘ c’est la poubelle’.. Not a lot of flavour and definitely a regretful waste of time and money. Kate was an amazing server. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. She was more than happy to offer suggestions on drinks and food. The lychee martini was an amazing recommendation!! She was very mindful of my allergy which I very much appreciated! The restaurant was pretty busy when we went in but Kate still took the time to answer any questions we had and was very fast with her service!
