The food is not really healthy, the people are a good source of energy and communication. This place has existed in Saint Albert for over twenty years and is still giving joy to this day.Parking: The lot is a very decent size made for anyone.Kid-friendliness: I have been going to this Mac Donald’s since a kid, and o can say from the outside to inside, the equipment, and the place.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access for anyone with extra requirements for receiving a decent visit.

Their was a pilipino big mouth there . Very boistrous and abnoxious . I dobt know why ownership tolerates that babbling in the work place . Speak english . Its rude and disrespectful.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I’ve been working the night shift, and on my night off I was absolutely starving! With so little open at 3 am on Wednesday in St Albert, I decided I would settle for some Dons. The absolute despair my mind and stomach felt when I pulled up to the drive thru window and was refused service. Not sure if the staff is just lazy and did not want to fire up the grill for a poor hungry girl, or if the “open 24 hours” plastered everywhere is a LIE. Regardless, if you’re hungry at 3 am, this place will not serve you! Save your time and gas money and go somewhere respectable where they feed the hungry.

McDonalds Coke Rating: 9/10. Their coke game is on fire here, their machines are in pretty good shape.Great drive-thru McDonalds, the crew is always happy and friendly on the menu device boards.The food is McDonalds... its McDonalds.Interior is far too small and often way too busy to even think about going in to manually order.

I ordered a few thing, but when I got my food something was missing. Unprovoked I went to the front and asked kindly if I could get the missing thing. I waited about 10-15 minutes didn’t get it asked another person, all they said was someone else was working on it. Finally about 5 minutes after that I asked one last person. They did not get it to me I gave up. I never got my food, I just don’t believe I had to ask 3 people and still didn’t get my order. Like just ridiculous I work in customer service and this should not happen. I payed extra money for nothing. It’s just awful.

Had to get breakfast, wasn't lunch service yet, so no biggie. But then had to wait in reserve parking after going through drive thru for what seemed like a long time (didn't actually time it in fairness). Hash browns looked like they had been burnt/old oil used in fryer... My kids wouldn't eat them.

Meals were not as ordered. Staff did mot seem to care and did minimal effort to get it right. Managers didn't seem to be there to assist. Poor Service and unappealing meal presentation. Burgers look thrown together with out care and were barely warm. Will rethink dining ar McDonald's in the future.

This is what I was given at 0631 am. Today 3 times in 2 weeks Waited 5 minutes Bacon cold and burnt 1 piece coffee was not fresh. Back to Timmy’s I guess. -10 out of 10.
