We ordered take out and the order was cooked on time. The food was absolutely delicious and all the ingredients were fresh. 10 outta 10. The service was excellent too

Had to wait a few extra minutes for my pizza I ordered online, the young guy working at the time was very apologetic and gave me a free water! Very great customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Ordered a small pizza and wings because I'm getting settled into my motel room for work. Their shop is less than a km away. I waited 1hr35min for my delivery. When I got it everything was cold, I should have refused payment and sent it back. I work on the road and this was the worst delivery service yet. I still tipped the driver 10% but more as an insult than a tip. Lesson learned.

After years of really great pizza I can honestly say that my most recent pickup order was probably the worst two pizza's I've had in a really long time... Very little toppings (shrinkflation?) Which were put in a much smaller diameter than the dough making for a huge crust, then overcooked... Such a drastic slide in quality I doubt I'll be back.

Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever ordered from. Little to no toppings, over baked, cold, and just poor quality. I’ve ordered from two other locations (one in Edmonton and another in BC) and have never had an issue. Called for a refund and got terrible customer service and was told to wait for a manager to call back. I’m still waiting. Lesson learned to not order from here again.

Worst experience with Papa johns I’ve had. We ordered 2 pizzas at 6:28pm and didn’t get our pizza until 7:58pm. By the time it got to our house it was ice cold and I had to microwave it so it was somewhat hot. I called the store and they were no help with sorting something out. Definitely do NOT recommend this location for papa johns pizza. You’re better off getting from somewhere else so it’s actually hot and fresh.
