Placed an order on door dash, there was a warning that there was 23 minutes left to order when I initially placed the order. The order sat there for 10 minutes before it was confirmed, then it was confirmed, Dasher was marked as waiting for the order and after 10-15 more minutes the order was cancelled after going back to unconfirmed for a bit. If you don’t want to make orders after a certain time, update your door dash to reflect that so you’re not wasting people’s time.

Would highly recommend checking your receipt when coming here. Twice I've been overcharged. The girls working here aren't very friendly and are very slow even when there's no one else here. The tables are almost always dirty from not being wiped down.

I ordered 2 subs with turkey from skip. Both came with little to no toppings and the turkey was bad. Like so bad that we threw out $30 worth of subs. I called the store to warn them and the lady argued with me saying "it's fresh turkey". Very clearly it is not because I have NEVER tasted rancid turkey meat like that before. Disgusting.

Waited in a empty restaurant with 1 other customer for over 15 minutes to order. Employees just ignoring me completely. I finally just left and said forget it. Complete waste of time. Never going back to this location and I suggest you do same if want to be appreciated for your business considering lots places are struggling. I think I'll go to a local place instead that will appreciate my business and not completely ignore me. Floors behind counter and in customer areas are filthy and the prep stations completely unorganized and unkept ...while wasting my time I watched the employee slice cheese and then some type of meet of same slicer without sanitizing station first. Watched cross contamination first hand and will be reporting to AHS and the st Albert food inspector Kathryn.

Jesus, put a smile on your face. What terrible energy and attitude coming from the person making the food. My god, it’s like she’s doing you a favor. If you don’t wanna be here, maybe don’t work here. I’m paying $15 for a 9” sub and this is how you treat people? I love au jus and she was too lazy to make one, she gave me hot sewer water. Upon requesting, she made one more but looked like she wanted to kill me for asking her to do her job. I LOVE Quiznos but absolutely HATE this location because of this lady. Oct 10, 4:10 pm, in case you can’t figure out who I am. Zero stars. Absolutely disrespectful.

Food was ok not great, with only two staff members working lunch rush the wait was not worth it. There were other obvious cleaning measures that had to be addressed and the washrooms were both in need of replacements.
This is a terrible Quiznos! Bread was stale, toppings were sparse, no horse radish sauce! They do not carry it she said! I got the guacamole veggie one and there was 3 mushrooms, 2 tomatoes, a spackle of lettuce and a taste of onions, lots of sauce and I challenged my husband to find the guacamole! He had a 9" steak, it was such a thin layer of steak, a tomato, lettuce and onions- the Fountain pop machine was still broken - I will not be back to this location

I ordered from skip the dishes. Please explain to me why banana peppers or whatever these spicy ones are were put into my sandwich instead of th GREEN BELL PEPPERS like I asked for? Those are clearly not bell peppers. I am at work right now and my body is breaking out into hives. I had a couple bites before I noticed something was wrong and now I am sick at work. This is completely unacceptable. If your staff cannot read orders and don't know what ingredients actually are, get staff who do. Will never order from this location ever again or come back.

I went to this quizno's and purchased a sandwich and drink. The transaction went through on the machine and said approved. It states on my credit card statement it was approved. However on the ladys end that transaction said not approved. She tried to get me to pay twice. I refused to pay twice as the transaction showed up on my end. I walked out and called master card and was told that Quiznos indeed did recieve the money for the sandwich and there was nothing they could do to dispute that charge cause it was not showing up as a duplicate. Long story short Quizno's charged me for a product I never recieved and mastercard let it happen! Don't recommend this Quiznos to anybody. Very poor customer service over this situation.

I have visited other locations, BUT NEVER LIKE THIS, I don't know the girl's name but my visit was Saturday May 20, 2023, 7:00 pm, she is very kind, BUT ABOVE ALL, SHE PREPARES THE BEST QUIZZOS I HAVE EVER TESTED IN MY LIFE . EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.
