Exquisite setting, exquisite service, and exquisite cuisine. We are truly fortunate to have this gem of a fine dining establishment in St. Albert. I have enjoyed several visits including hosting my company Christmas dinner, and the results are always fantastic. Can't wait to visit again!

We had excellent service at Riverbank Bistro. Connor are server was wonderful. The concept of the Snowbird menu was innovative. You get a choice of starter (soup or salad) and a choice of entrees. Disappointingly there wasn't a vegetarian entree option on it. A vegetarian appetizer was offered in place of an entree so that is what I had. The main food was wonderful. Had the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. It looked delicious with the rum sauce and ice cream but it was dry. My companion had a selection from the Snowbird menu and really enjoyed the pork schnitzel. The restaurant is in a lovely location

Our favorite Saint Albert restaurant, amazing food and service, creative and flavourful specials, elegant ambiance. Reasonably priced when objectively compared. Highly recommend! Happy dinning.

A fantastic venue with spectacular food (pork belly starter, maple glazed beef ribs, seared scallops, raspberry creme brule) terrific service (thanks Katie!) and excellent wine (a bottle of 2020 Black Sage Merlot) all for a quite reasonable price. A definite repeat !! | |

Nice little spot in St. Albert. Loved the Old Fashioned here and the schnitzel was massive and very filling. Overall nice experience.

Always amazing. We try something new every time we come and we have yet to be disappointed. The staff are friendly but never over bearing and are knowledgeable about all the dishes. She was even able to tell us about the local farms where the cheese comes from!

A lovely evening out. Ambiance was great. Food was outstanding (large portions!). Pricy but the quality and presentation of the food dictated this. They had ample gluten free options (and GF bread!). The server was knowledgeable and very attentive to our questions and wants. They certainly added to a wonderful evening with great food, in a relaxing atmosphere.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time was amazing. A friend and I came and had amazing service. The food was so good we talked about it for days after. We had the mushroom bruschetta, bison carpaccio, beef short ribs and the duck.We went again yesterday, and ordered the mushroom bruschetta again. This time the bread was extremely crispy and hard to chew. We had compared the crust of the bread to bones. The Yorkshire puddings with short ribs was lacking much in flavour or texture and the carbonara was bland, with over cooked shrimp. We left disappointed yesterday. Hopefully was just a one off.

We went for early Valentines Day dinner, hadn't been for a couple years. We both started with the Forest Mushroom Soup and then the Root Beer Glazed Short Rib, both were delicious. Very cozy and not overpriced. Definitely not waiting so long for our next visit.

We had the pork belly appetizer, it was fantastic! I wanted to lick the plate! For our entree we enjoyed the Manhattan striplion. The steak was so tender it melted in your mouth. The service was excellent.

This is our neighborhood gem! The food is always absolutely delicious and creative. The service is impeccable and the decor is relaxed but refined. I have my favourites on the menu (bison carpaccio among others) but, when I branch out and try something new, I am never disappointed. Thank you for another lovely evening!

This was about our 7th visit to the Bistro and once again we were not disappointed. The food was excellent, served promptly and well presented. I had the mushroom soup- fabulous , followed by the filet mignon- tender and cooked to perfection. My husband had the pork belly- very tasty, followed by a delicious steak. Our server, Aurora, was great, attentive and professional. We will definitely go back .

Food was good aside from a few minor things such as not providing us with ketchup for our potatoes and seasoning not being on point. Otherwise the breakfast was delicious. The hollandaise was very good and made the eggs Benny stand out. Service was polite but slow. We also had to ask another server to get us change. Few kinks but overall we would recommend and would go back.

The food was amazing! Service was great too. We took one star off because the decor was a little dated and ambiance didn't match the menu. However, it won't deter us from coming back.
