Sat working for a couple hours and there were multiple times someone walked in and the barista's remembered their name and order. They kept the area clean and were so kind to everyone

I only treat myself once in a while to "latte" coffee, so when I do I except it to be done correctly. I worked at a Starbucks years ago so I'm a little picky. I don't like my shoot burnt (when the expresso shoot sits to long). I got them to remake it once and the second one still had that burnt taste my guess is their shoots where running to long. But as a didn't have time to wait for a third coffee I just got more caramel added. Next time I'll go to a different Starbucks.
