Literally bad, not fresh. I have visited this same location which near by the Walmart in Stony Plain road before. But now they have messed up the quality by not offering fresh. The food that I got served was made already, and they delivered it super fast. While the timing was great, once I started eating I was able to understand what was going on.I recommend you to Not Go to This Place.Parking: There are plenty of spots to park.

This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant in St Albert and quite possibly the entire country. If you want a quick meal, go somewhere else I insist.

I ordered a jbc and a medium fry and the jbc was good but my fries were old and cold. Mostly I was concerned when I saw an employee with no gloves picking a fry out of where they get the fries and ate it. The same fries they continued to serve to other customers! Makes me wonder how often this happens to our food and we are unaware.

When I was waiting for my food, I saw them drop a piece of chicken on the floor and then put it in the fryer. And heard them arguing whether or not to serve the chicken but that one girl kept insisting to serve it. Absolutely disgusting, never going back here EVER AGAIN. 0/10!

Always good but the ladies at the window are so grumpy everytime. Pay them more maybe? I don't know but when you work hard and go to grab some lunch quick the last thing you want is attitude and grumpiness especially when it's like 15 dollars now for lunch compared to 10 last two or three years. Inflation or greed?

Had the worst experience at this locations drive thru while trying to redeem an offer on the app. Staff member even lied to her manager telling her I did not say anything about the offer even though I made it very clear. Make sure everything is correct before paying at this location, once payment has been made they will not revise any mistakes made by staff.
