To be honest as subway locations go, of which there are MANY this is one of the better ones I've ever been too. A little more spacious and larger inside than most, which is nice for when it's busier. It's always been very clean and well kept.The employees of course, are always to few people working for what I'd call a steadier busy location, and they 3nd up juggling and multi tasksing a bit too much which isn't their fault, and their very efficient given the work load they have most timesThe portions and Toppings they put on are generous enough that this is the only one where I've never had to tell them to keep adding more of anything. The bread is always fresh and not crusty. ALSO, it's one of the few locations where not once have they ever been "out" pf anything, including soups and cookies. The saff here are always on top of their game for television work load they got

We have been here a few times, today was a day I'd probably never return. Go in at 11 a.m and the vegetables are all beyond use. The ones that looked okay tasted old and rotten. We got kids meals and the banner on the wall says comes with a gogo and bottled water. They offered a cookie over the gogo then when I asked about the water it was "not included" they would only give a juice box or gogo unless I paid extra. Not sure why it's advertised if it's not what you offer. Extremely disappointed.

The owner of the 2 Stony Plain locations is extremely RUDE and also not willing to honour a coupon I received for buying a gift card! I went to use it today but he tried to tell me it had expired of which it had not! I said well yes it expires today but that would be at midnight or your closing...aww no it says it expires today!!! He then tried to tell me I had used it already???? if I had used it they would have taken the coupon for their cash out!!! Anyway he became extremely rude and told me to leave the store! He lost a sale on 4 sandwiches and a customer for the life all over 6 cookies!! Wow great owner!! your loss buddy!! ! I was a frequent customer but I will not pay for horrible service from an OWNER!!

The employees here are extremely rude. You can tell they are miserable. The woman her name starts with an M, I think, practically yelled the soups at me when I asked. Food was good but hold the rudeness next time.

Was getting take out ,my sub was in the toaster oven a nother customer came they put mine on the counter and continued to serve the other customer that came after me so as she was paying at the Till I left .I guess my business was not that important .Parking: Parking was fine

The bread was fresh and so was the vegetables, they were fast in making the sandwiches and their cookies are soft and chewy. I recommend that if you want a healthy dinner or lunch this is your best bet! The price is a little high but you get what you pay for and it's worth it!

This Subway is a decent location. They always have fresh ingredients and veggies. Thing about this location is the staff are not very good and the management is putrid. No ability to fix or solve an issue. Bad listeners and very mediocre sandwich making skills. Needscan overhaul starting with management.
