Recently visited and have to say as I was walking my ESA dog. I stopped in to grab a burger as my blood sugar level was low and just in case I needed it for the walk home. It was cold outside and was told to have my ESA dog place outside. He was not a service dog. I was able to provide his papers as he can detect my levels when low. I was not able to offer that . The place had no customer. I had my order to go. I realize it was fast food place my order was done within 4 minutes. Future reference there are other fast food restaurants that would probably offer respect to ESA animal. Food as always is great. Place is clean. Staff can be better

Just pulled in 5 mins before the dining room closed to grab some takeout because we were pulling a trailer and could not use the drive thru. The door was locked and the person working looked at us and then looked away. Lost my business for good.

I ordered the chicken BLT and both of my buns were burnt, as well as the bacon was basically uncooked. I was so hungry and excited because the chicken BLT is my favourite from A\\u0026W but I was disappointed. Do better. The guy at the counter was nice though.
