Almost every time I’m in I’m greeted by a wonderful young lady who is the most upbeat person and has the sweetest personality of anyone I’ve ever met. So incredibly friendly and very professional still in the midst of extremely busy days. Along with that there’s 2 young gentleman who are also very friendly, and make fantastic jokes; always love seeing all 3, make mine and my co-workers Tim’s run so much better!
Really sad for a Tim Hortons. Been here a few times and more often than not, my order is not correct. How difficult is it to make a Sausage Belt?? We now go to a different Tim's in town.

Every time I have the misfortune of having Spencer "help" me I leave disappointed by his lack of service skills. This must recent time he started helping another customer before completing my order then when I asked where my cookies were when he looked at me after helping the young lady for a few minutes he goes "yeah I was getting to it" followed by a sad attempt at an apology for it taking so long. How he still has a job is beyond me
