The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when my coupon codes weren't working. I think all blizzards (to go) should have a lid, so it doesn't melt in the car on the way home. Standard taste you know and love.

Good service, good product. There are no streetlights in parking lot, none.Parking: It's easy to park in winter and hard to park in the summer. The vast majority of business is drive thru. It has a fair amount of walk in/walk out clientele. The parking lights were all working again.

Once again ordered skip the dishes ask for extra dipping sauces, paid for extra dipping sauce for the buffalo chicken strips and got no sauces of any kind.

Litterally every time I have gone to this DQ in sylvan lake they let my blizzard melt on the counter to take another front counter order so much they can't even flip it and its basically a shake and then say its supposed to look like that and argue remaking it or if I order food to go they give me the wrong meal. I go when they aren't busy and theres always 5 people standing and only 2 start working when customers show up Ive been to this location 7 times in the last 12 months and every experience has been garbage with new staff every other time so there has to be something wrong with how the children are trained to work there and there is absolutely no team work. Tonight they let it sit there for 10 mins and then made the second one (not mine) fresh I shouldn't have to ask for obviously melted icecream not even served to me to be remade.

Came here today ordered a wrap spit it out immediately cold and dried out chicken with next to nothing on it and the blonde haired girl with the black glasses that runs the drive thru has quite the attitude get people there that actually wanna work and not mope around because they have to work won't be back ever

The food is relatively always fresh and hot. The driver thru workers are usually a mess literally. Ice cream everywhere and in such a rush to do everything drop 8 dollars in change on ground after literally batting it out of my hands and was like sir your short. They could clean up as they go also. Seems to get pretty big mess some times
