I ordered one buffalo snack wrap in the drive through, and I had to wait almost 20 mins while in the space for them to bring it to me then realize it’s a ranch snack wrap when I had already got home. I’m allergic to ranch that’s why I got buffalo. Thanks for almost killing me and screwing up the only thing you had to get right. Will not be returning

This is about the post renovation set up. There is no visible front staff, if you don’t use kiosk, aren’t SKIP or need to pay cash you have to literally yell to get attention. Not kidding, had 4 people in kitchen look right at us, nothing for minutes. Watched others after us have same experience.It just seems frantic for staff. This seems to be a huge fail for design with the exception of being a success in not welcoming eat in dining.Changed to a one ⭐️. No improvement, orders consistently wrong, system there is terrible. McDonald’s has missed the mark in interaction and is simply not family friendly cost wise. Bye bye McDonald’s.

I ordered a vanilla cone and a coffee Frap and they didn't have both, they replaced the coffee frap with a strawberry smoothie, do not recommend it btw, tastes nasty. I know it's only $2 for that cone but that's $2 i could've used. And dont make the new guy have to tell the customer their out of something and he has no clue what to do, get someone who is experienced to tell you your out of something so you can properly give options

4:13ish the 24th I was served in the drive threw by a girl with what looked like a sun tattoo and a girl in a red shirt. I didn’t catch their name tags in time but they were very kind. The women in the red shirt especially. Very upbeat and nice. She even complimented the stuffed animal I have in the backseat. Very kind ladies and quick at the same time, I just wanted to give them recognition because I was having a bad day and just their attitudes towards me made it so much better.

Went in to order, seemed like every drive through order was more important. Took 14mins to get a burger and fries at 11pm. Won't stop here again

Tried to order my food. No one could understand or put it in correctly. Had to speak at window. Asked for a passionfruit orange guava smoothie that I literally got the night before. And then was told they didn’t have it at all? How can you not sell something you sold to me the night before? As well as the poutine is basically only gravy and is so soggy and disgusting. Update… whole meal is wrong. Looks and tastes horrible as well as burger was completely wrong. I just don’t understand how hard it is to listen to a customer and get things right? No one likes working I get it, but there’s no need to be sloppy and not care. Very unprofessional and am highly disappointed

HAVE A STAFF MEETING. The renos didn't change the absolutely appalling lack of customer service or understanding that fast food isn't just a clever monacre. Been three times this week, though drive through - all 3 times asked to pull into a stall to wait. Used to be 3 stalls, now 6. Then asked 4 times if the wrong order was ours.Bang up job guys. I can't imagine the sense of accomplishment when yall go home. When Skip the dishes is faster than your drive through the system is flawed.See ya, never.

Brutal service! No competent manager on site! Was charged at drive thru for an order which i paid for on debit machine which said transaction approved ....some commotion with 2 cashiers who then said part of my order is not available so i switched out an item of same cost...they then tried to make me pay againo which i said i'd paid already and they said it was cancelled. I asked for receipt confirming that bc i saw that the transaction was completed on machine. 3 cashiers can't figure out what to do when i asked simply for a debit machine receipt confirming the transaction was cancelled. The one cashier refused to look into it and i drive away...called and complained to a so called manager who also was not responsive or shows any intelligence to what i was asking for. Wheni checked my account the transaction did go through and i had no food....shame on owner for not training a manager to respond to a very simple thing and i will now avoid mcdonald's in sylvan when i visit in the future...A&W right across the way

Someone I Don't Know

Shoved my food in a bag with ripped up boxes and only gave a half serving of fries when I paid for a large fries. Watching through the drive-thru window staff looked very unorganized, and most stood there watching and not working. Surprised that the food was warm. Overall 2 star rating.
