Poor service, acting rushed even though I am the only car in the drive thru.Worker was talking to someone else instead of the customer at the window. It wasnt another customer as i was the only 1. Worker appeared bothered that the customer may have wanted condiments or something, despite there being only 1 customer and no reason to rush.

Walked in this morning to grab a quick bite and both guys working just Stared at us with blank faces. One guy had headphones in and didn’t even care to acknowledge us standing there. It Smelt like sewer really bad in there (should’ve just turned around and left when we smelt that). No one cared to say thank you or have a nice day when we received our food. An hour later and both of us that ate there are VERY ill even after only eating half of our meals. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

Last time I ever return. Today I wanted to grab a cheap quick breakfast on my way to work, I look on the app and the $5 breakfast is advertised front and center. Head over to the drive thru where I'm told they aren't offering that.. I said well it says so on your app. Well too bad for me. Not to mention the previous times where twice I was served rotten apple juice. Not surprising as it seems they have tons of expired food issues. Maybe the health department should drop in? On top of all that the service is consistently slow and they make you feel like you're doing something wrong by trying to order from them. Time for a huge overhaul including the staff!! Sad as the red deer locations don't have this issue.

This doesn’t even deserve a star at all….My co worker went in today feb.9th 2024 for lunch. She took a bite then noticed the other side of the burger was green…… so she looked at it and the bun was moldy…. ? she called and the lady she talked to said she’ll refund her money back and make her a new burger my co worker didn’t even want the replacement burger anymore after that. So she went back to Wendy’s got her refund and they gave her another burger but she didn’t even trust it enough. And all the lady at Wendy’s said was that she’ll let the bread people know… if you’re making these burgers how can you not physically see that it’s moldy….? Just disgusting!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I took a bite of my burger & immediately spit it out. I found a huge piece of mold on my bun as I took a bite. Absolutely disgusting & I WON'T be returning.

Every burger I get here is always cold... constantly .. then when I eat a at red deer wendys it sooo hot a fresh. This wendys needs some serious help. If it was for the coupons the send out I couldn't be bothered.

WARNING TO OTHERS! I wasn't going to write a review but given what I have just endured I want to warn others. This was my second time to this Wendy's and the first time was nothing to write home about but I don't expect a lot from a fast food place. This time went way beyond unacceptable! I did not get a receipt either but I have proof I was there from my Visa records. The service was slow and I ordered a Baconator which sat on the counter for some time before it was finally given to me. This was about 5:00 p.m. and I had it for my supper. I brought it home and it was so dry that I had to put extra mayonnaise and ketchup on it, they had put next to none on it. Between 10:00 and midnight last night I was seriously ill. My guts hurt so bad that I thought I was going to black out and the prespiration was running down me from the pain. I was on the verge of phoning an ambulance it was so bad. This was all I had to eat last night so it had to be the hamburger. I'm still not feeling perfect today. This place needs to be checked out by the health department! NEVER AGAIN!

Had the portobello mushroom burger, it was lukewarm, barely any sauce, cold fries, no thanks at the drive thru etc. I gave them another chance; went inside with my 5 year old granddaughter at the time and even she said her food was gross . The place smelled sour inside, pop machine wasn’t working at the time either . No thanks

Like can someone do something about how unpleasant the guys are that work here ? I hate going now. They are so rude. Absolutely no manners. Like please who ever owns this place you need to do something about this. I hate going here. Everyone has awful things to say.
