Placed a large order and it took 40 minutes to get it which is fine. Get home and see that they missed 4 hashbrowns and 2 sausage and egg muffins.I had to send someone back to pick up the rest of our food. Hopefully they give it since they conveniently did not give us our reciept

Went through the drive-thru about half an hour ago Sunday morning kind of busy. Super slow then when I got my food the hash brown was undercooked and then when I opened up my sausage and egg McMuffin it was a mcgriddle! Too slow and they screwed up

I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and they didn’t even give me a chance to tell them what sauce I wanted and i got a poutine and no fork and out of all the sauces they gave me the spiciest sauce. do better. you guys weren’t even busy
Staff are alright. No matter what McDonald's you go to these days the fries are always old and/or soggy. Please do better at providing people the fresh food they are paying for, I do not come here for old food that's been sitting under a heatlamp. They always forget to add my nugget sauce aswell when ordering delivery. Other then that it's your typical McDonald's

It is THE MOST unorganized McDonald's I have ever seen, they tell you to go park when no one is behind you, make you wait 20 mins for your food, have 10 cars parked and don't know who's order is who's, get the wrong order, have to go back in and wait another 20 mins just for someone to help you while there all standing in the back stretching there heads trying to figure out how to butcher the cow.
