Another regular stop when we travel south, its kinda hit & miss on the service and the wait and highly dependent on the competence of the staff on hand. We lucked out this time, great service, quick & efficient. Other times have not been so lucky so be prepared.
I placed a pick up order on the app and still had to go to up to the counter to get it started as everyone else just tried to avoid eye contact with me when I went to the sign that says “mobile pickup”. The guy at the counter also looked very confused at my order of 2 coffees and I had to tell him the order again. What’s the point of ordering ahead with the app if I still need to go order it.

50% failure rate on my orders over the last several months. I can't stress how poor their accuracy on orders is. I just purchased EXTRA eggs on my meal, drove home and had ZERO eggs on my meal. The doe-eye service person clearly didn't care and acted defensive when I told her to tell someone of this consistent failure rate. No professionalism, no ability to read orders.
