Took 10 minutes to get a large fries. The entire staff was frustrated and talking badly about each other right the customers. I felt uncomfortable being there. No one respected the manager and she was feeble and not managing the situation. My fries were mixed 50/50 stale and fresh with too much oil and salt.

Stopped in for a quick bite on our way home from an appointment. Food was decent, service was quick and friendly. Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired like any of these Tim Horton's/Wendy's drive-throughs but overall good experience.

IF THEY PARK YOU DON'T DO IT!!It was a horrible experience this time. I went through the drive through. Ordered on the app for 3 kids meals 2 of them being chicken nuggets and than I think it was 2 jbc or something like that. They parked us for the order but they kept telling us that we had order to pick up in stores witch was the case as I've got 4 kids from age 3 months to 6 years old. So no way am I bringing the kids in. But any ways they parked us for the chicken nuggets. We waited 15 minutes in the parking lot were they told us they would find our car. So I called asking about my order as there has been many cars gone through and gotten their order. They told me it was sitting on the counter waiting for me to pick it up. But yet they parked me they told me that it would be brought out to us. And yet they asked to come inside to grab it. I don't think that's how it should work. Was called a lier about them saying I ordered as pick up in-store. Need less to say I will never be parked again. I'll tell them to make the food faster. I called March 29 2024.

I stopped 4 the 5 dollar breakfast, Mary served me .through drive through.she was so kind and friendly, very nice in the morning, also the food was yummy, fresh and hot.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been too! I’m on a restricted diet due to having diabetes so I eat no carbs. I ordered two paddies, two cheese and bacon. The cashier tried to charge me for two burgers says he is not allowed to sell single paddies alone. I literally order like this at every other Wendy’s no problem!! And the attitude after that. Like why have an option to sell them alone if you can’t use it. Won’t be coming back here again

It's always up and down in this location. The person handing me my order seemed bothered that he had to fulfill the order, snapping the lid with the palm of his hand and not wearing gloves, giving it to me while his back was facing me. The order was missing many items, and the plastic utensils were also missing. I guess I have to eat the salad with my hands.

When I realized they messed up on my order at the window the supervisor said I had to either come in or go through the drive-thru again. The customer service use to be great but it has gone down hill drastically.

Sept 26th @ 6:15pm.- The cashier had an attitude (short Caucasian lady).- The kitchen looked exceptionally disgusting, particularly the floor. Fries and dirt could be seen all over. Observed staff spilling fries and milkshake while waiting for order (didn't bother cleaning just walked over it).- Staff preparing food made me question what I was about to consume. No hair nets. No gloves. Pretty sure I seen the guy handling the fries pick his nose with his other hand in his pocket..- Forgot my fries and my straw and I had to make a special trip back before driving away. No napkins provided.I'll hit the mcdonalds next time I drive through.

Employees throwing garage at each other, don't care about customer service and get your order wrong and make you wait 10 minutes for them "fix" my sandwich cause they wouldn't re make it, three people touch my sandwich looking at that fact it was missing toppings and they threw on what was missing and gave it back to me, just gross I don't even want to eat this now, worst Wendy's experience ever
