It was just OK with very much limited dining and snack options (some cereal, chips, tomate, cookies, and small precut cold pieces of kelbasa. Some personnel had more common sense than others. And all of that for $79 entrance fee.

Upon arriving, we asked for a tour to which she gladly accepted and allowed us to walk around. We walk from the front to the back where the restroom was to wash our hands(also to check out the restroom). She came and found us and told us we werent allowed to even enter the bathroom and gave us a very condescending attitude while walking us out such as scoffing and whispering under her breath. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Nice place. A little crowded at times.

This is the soul Alaska Airlines lounge in Alaska. It can be dead at times or completely packed with guests awaiting their connection. The late afternoon push is where you find it pretty full. The employees that work there are helpful and friendly. The food items have improved over the years. This last visit had the most food items I have seen in quite some time. There is a full service bar for guests. WiFi was fast when I connected. Great view of the Alaska Ramp. This lounge is dated compared to those at SEATAC.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair accessible elevator in the lounge.

Nevermind the food and drinks, it's the comfort that is the best feature. I could spend 12 hours comfortable here waiting for a connecting flight. It would be torture if you had to spend that time in the terminal.
