We always pick up some pasta (if they have any left!) at the farmers market. So delicious, even just the cheese ravioli has ruined other, store-bought ravioli, and I'm not mad! The cheese blend is to die for! Totally recommend for super fresh and delicious pasta. The freshness really does make a difference in taste and texture!

We discovered Alaska Pasta Company at the Anchorage South Farmers Market and immediately made their pasta a weekly necessity. The different ravioli flavors are all wonderful and I think the butternut squash filling is my favorite - there's not much better than it with a simple brown butter sage sauce. Yum!
