The customer service was so bad, girl at the window had an attitude & slammed my food on the counter as if she was IRRATATED .. I got the whopper & it had no bacon like it’s suppose to .. and on top of that there was jalapeños in it when I didn’t want that .. so my burger was spicy & soggy..

Asked if they had the tacos, and they acted like I was an alien. Asked if another BBKing has them close by and again acted rude. Then I got the kids something because I felt bad and was in line. There is no way to get out of the line unless u drive completely through. Anyways....long story short, the BBKing on 63rd has the tacos less than a mile away. I'm not going back to this one....this wasn't the first time there over the years. But I'm done. The staff at this one, which changes by the day, is never happy...it's chronic. It must be a higher up issue at this location, which is my guess or something is in the air there. I'm not a big fan of BBKing anyway, but the kids like a treat here and there. Don't go to this one. I promise you they will get the order wrong and have an attitude the whole time. There is a reason they are cheap. Do yourself and your gut a favor and drive 4mins down the road to Culver's! ? worth it

Ordered two classic chicken meals and bit into MOLD on the bun. I called and wanted a refund but they only offered to put my name on their “list” and would comp me one meal. How can a business not have inventory protocols to check dates on all their food deliveries. I can’t understand how the cook didn’t see the mold when it was prepared. You could only see the mold if you opened up the bun which you had to do when adding the chicken and lettuce.

Great place for when time is limited and decent-delicious food is desired.Parking: Arrows and signs are needed so inconsiderate customers know the proper flow of traffic when entering and leaving the parking lot.

Customer service is amazing and so friendly and nice.Kid-friendliness: The playland is perfect for kids under 8 years old and is also great for pattiet toddlers aswell due. Unfortunately ? it's not always the cleanest but the staff does there best to get it cleaned due to how the playland is made and do to there staff shortage aswell.Parking: It's a very small parking lot so when they are busy u aren't really able to find any spots to park.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking right next to the door.
