Food is so-so. Employees are dumb actors, can not hear you, then just hang up the phone, 4 times, each time I called. Missing items in my order and most of all, 24 minutes wait to get a sandwich and a burger with my missing drink!!! No napkins, condiments for onion rings, sauces, nothing but less of what we ordered. Never failed to disappoint, after not coming for months before a lousy last visit!!!

Dude I never review fast food places because it's fast food, you get what you get... but this is legitimately the slowest fast food place I've ever had the misfortune of going to. In fact, after sitting in line for 15 minutes, I got bored, and since the 15 min mark, I've had time to write this whole review, and I'm still waiting There were 2 (!) cars in front of me. Sheesh.

I haven't had a Burger King burger in over 20 years. I chose a Texas wopper during a road trip and it was really good. All the ingredients were fresh and the paties were beefy and delicious. It it taste like it was grilled. The folks working there were super nice and pleasant. It will be Beck.

11pm at Dimond Blvd Burger King in Anchorage AK. I ordered a basic whopper meal and chicken fries and the food tastes stale. This location has the worst customer service in Anchorage AK. Paid 31$ for stale food. I asked for no salt on my fries and the workers poured an entire salt shaker on my fries making them extremely salty and hard for me to eat. I would never come back here to this location unless it's under new management and dependable employees. Who doesn't give away stale food to minority customers who paid cash for a decent meal. The workers at this location is rude and it should be shutdown. Service sucks. Food sucks and the atmosphere here sucks.?% thumbs ???

If I could give zero I would..management is as disgusting as the food..if you want fast food that is decent don't go here. They give you old cold burgers that look as if a toddler put the burger together. Thos has solidified my reasoning to never buy garbage from these establishments and there low i.q employees.

The food here was great, picturesque and I think just like the photos. Perfectly filling my expectations and hunger. The bad side. Service was not good. It's one thing to be slow but snappy? ... the cashier, bless his heart, was definitely lagging maybe with some kind of hearing issue or first day or rough day. He got our order wrong making a burger into a combo meal, I get it. Now my husband heads to the bathroom and I sit down and try nursing my baby. They call my number and I adjust and try making my way to the counter pushing my baby's stroller to the side while holding my infant in my arms. They AGGRESSIVELY call out my number again pretty immediately (two ladies but not the cashier) I get halfway to the counter and have to yell out to them THAT IS ME, THAT IS MY ORDER. The experience of two workers making grabbing my food so dire was completely unwarranted.
