Went there Thursday, December 21st at about 5:30 p.m Google maps said they were open, but they were closed. Everything else in mall was still open. No working phone number and no website so we can't check to see if they're open

Unfortunately, I come here all the time I am in love with the fries and just today I recommended somebody to go get them and I go up there in a good mood to go get fries since auntie Anne's doesn't have the frosting and they have two customers not even busy. Both of the customers were checked out I go to check out and my car doesn't work. I know it doesn't work. It takes three inserts and then a swipe before it works because the card is split in half. And yes I have a new card but no I did not have it on me today and I had not ate so I was very hungry, so I was going to get food. I didn't think it was gonna be that big of a hassle for him but if fortunately it was, and he was very rude to me, and told me that he does not have time for this type of stuff that it is costing his business, and made me very upset and I told him that, and I walked away in tears because I had decided to be very nice to him still, though he was being rude to me. Thank you

Customer service was GARBAGE!!! all he did was yell at me and my group of friends and complain. I asked for ketchup and he tried mocking me out loud... how embarrassing is that.

They’re traditional fries were PERFECTLY fried but unfortunately lacked in seasoning, hardly any was shaken on my fries. The Super Double Cheeseburger was great and lacked nothing. One thing that I think they could greatly improve on is how they dish out their orders. It was very confusing as to whose order was up, especially with the server’s accent on top of it all.

The owner is rude to colored individuals. Yells for no reason even if he made the mistake. He just yells in general. The way they put out the orders is confusing and if you don’t pick up the food in a matter of seconds, the owner throws the food away. Very weird, would not recommend this place.

Putting my rate as 5 stars so you can see my review. Owner is very rude and disrespectful. He yells for no reason and makes you feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place. He threw away our food after a few seconds of calling our names. Very weird, very horrible customer service.
