I got my food, the young man at the drive through said be careful the frys are hot. I got home 7 minutes later grabbed a fry out of the bag. It was super oily and partially frozen. I do believe this is super poor service and the owner should monitor the posts. I asked for no ketchup on my number 1 burger and they gave me extra sauce.

Morning customer service is always friendly everytime I'd stop by. Not sure what happened tonight when my husband and I decided to get a late dinner, we never once got a "Hello" or a "Thank you" from the drive through female employee. If anything my husband was the one saying those words to the employee and even added, "Have a goodnight". What ever happened to customer service??

So I went up to the drive thru and ordered 3 sandwiches and chicken nuggets. I’m sitting at the window and all I see is some gal eating, well they forgot to give me my receipt and a whole burger! I even asked if everything was in the bag when I was leaving the drive thru. I got all the way home when I noticed that the burger was missing. It’s freezing rain out and the roads aren’t great. Please do better people.

I arrived at rush hour very hungry and Chenne F. Helped me out. She was extremely kind and warm. She asked if I wanted to start on half the meal when seeing me stand around being hungry, while the tenders were being cooked fresh. It takes time for that quality. That was a very caringgesture and I am extremely grateful for that after a long day.Everything was cooked to perfection, and hit the spot. Thank you everyone, especially Chenne.
