Derek catered our 3-day workshop that we just completed today with breakfast and lunches. It was by far the best catered food I’ve ever experienced. It almost sounds wrong to call it catered. It was like fine dining quality and service of food. Derek takes pride quality, combination and presentation. His attention to detail and pride in his craft is apparent. Highly recommended.
