1.) tried to use my rewards but it wasn’t opening up cuz the wifi becomes @ss once u get to the food court. the old korean man (50/50 he’ll blow up in ur face. better dealing with anyone else) who’s always there told us to “use it later” as a horrible solution. (no one behind us) but solved it by walking out of the court redeem and walk back in. tip; u gotta redeem it for the code before u even enter the mall.2) not sure if he’s new (tall, looks native, seems nice but incompetence when doing the cashiering job) but again tried to use my rewards, it beeped i believe but it was rush hour and dude did not put the rewards in.3) (diff time) the reason i’m doing a review. HE GAVE US BEEF INSTEAD OF CHICKEN. same new guy. we clearly said CHICKEN ?. only noticed we got beef when i opened it and then looked at the receipt but they were already closed and the cashier charged us for beef. ughh. like fook, now i gotta look at the receipt and food every time. we got 5 phillys and 3 fries for $71 so ofc i wasn’t happy. especially cuz they were for my siblings who never tried it before. #chickentastesomuchbetterthanbeef??? and even if i went back it’ll be “but ur receipt says beef” their words against mine anyways ughother from the mistakes the foods sooo good. i recommend it.

No Brainer
If I could get the food that I ordered the way I ordered it, that would be great. I gave some pretty clear and cut instructions to only include meat and cheese on my sandwich, and I guess I should have paid more attention because apparently that meant throw every condiment and vegetable possible on there.

I love there bacon cheese fries 10/10! They have almost the perfect amount of cheese and bacon but by the time you get to the bottom its just regular plane

I have had some bad Philly steak sandwiches but this is the worst by far I've ever eaten never again and as far as the chili cheese fries make your stomach curl make you want to get sick

Got the bacon cheese steak, once with strawberry lemonade and once with peach. I prefer strawberry most of the time but their peach lemonade is delicious. Also got ultimate bacon fries, those are honestly almost worth visiting for by themselves.If it's not clear, I think the food here rocks. What really got me to make the trip across town for them though was the staff. It's not often you go somewhere and feel like the staff are genuinely happy to have your business, but the guys at Charley's had a great attitude both times I went.
Really good Cheesesteak & Fries! 1st time eating here & loved it! I had the Bacon 3 and my wife had the Ultimate Fries that she shared with a friend "Good Philly" and price.

I love this place, I work in the mall so it's pretty convenient, great prices and if you download the app you can get deals, always made fresh to order so it's hot and delicious!
