This Chuck E. Cheese location has been around for many years and offers a mix of classic and modern games. While some of the older games have been there for over 20 years, there are also newer games with large screens that are sure to keep the attention of your broken TikTok brain for a few secondsThe establishment has recently undergone some changes, including the removal of the animatronics and the stage. In their place, a large screen repeatedly plays a video. One of the best things about Chuck E. Cheese is that you can purchase time intervals with unlimited tokens. However, some games need to be recalibrated or are in need of repair. It's worth noting that there is one game in particular that may not be worth your time or tokens: the crane claw game downstairs. While it's certainly challenging, many kids have lost their tokens without winning a prize. Even after playing for half an hour, I was unable to win a ball for my daughter. It seems that no matter how perfectly you position the claw, it simply slips off the ball when it starts to retract.Overall, Chuck E. Cheese is a great place to bring your kids for some fun and games. Just be aware of the occasional broken or frustrating game.Kid-friendliness: For child safety, this building has only one entrance/exit.You and your kids have to get your wrists stamped with matching UV ink security codes by the door guy. The door guy will not allow any child to exit or be taken out of the building unless the child is with the adult(s) who have the matching security code stamp.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a red elevator that's strictly reserved for wheelchairs.

a manager named Evelynn or Emelyn or something close to that, is extremely rude and ruined our chuck e cheese day . This was a few years ago but I just realized I never left a review. I had a horrible horrible experience because of her. She was thin with medium skin. I think maybe half black, or Phillipino? She was extremely disrespectful and acted petty to me and my kids. I haven't been back since that. If she doesn't work there anymore, I could come back. Please let me know if she doesn't work there anymore. My kids love chuck e cheese. This is a (very late) official complaint about Manager Evelynn/Emilyn

they treated me like garbage, i'm a recent former employee there and they didn't care about my mental health. i wasn't heard and no one would listen to me. don't work there, i promise you, you don't get paid enough anyway, their food is still amazing though there is a lot more i can say but i'm not sure if i'd like to come forward yet

Less overwhelming and cheaper than Dave & Busters. Still miss the things that made it stand out.

Place is great but miss the old version. Dancefloor is nice and keeps little ones entertained, but I feel like it can break easily. Still miss the animatronics and old decor.

I love it. The 2.0 version is fancy.

Even after all these years, we all still love Chuck E. Cheese. Pizza is good, games are fun, great place for a birthday party. I like how they have the check-in and check-out process so you don't have to stress so much about where the kids are. Games are fun, and the limitless play card for 2-hours makes for some good times.

I left a great review about this Chuck E Cheese a year ago on Yelp. We had my son’s 3rd birthday here last year. We had a really good time.We came back today about a year later. We really like this place. The atmosphere is chill & fun & safe for kids. The people working are great. Friendly and patient and competent. It was CLEAN. Can I say that again louder for the people in the back?! It was CLEAN. I saw a person cleaning regularly. Man, we were grateful to finally see that in this city. Everywhere we go in Anchorage is dirty, man! We always catch something! The libraries .. the restaurants .. Get Air .. the grocery stores .. that coffee play space ..This place is clean!! Thank you!! Keep up the good work please.

Fun for the kiddos' birthday party's. Their game cards last for an hour, so you can play any games as much as you want. Keep the kids happy without breaking the bank.

Last time we went was a good experience,However this time they had about 7-8 party’s booked at once and my daughters birthday experience was terrible, rushed and no one enjoyed it, we couldn’t even make it to see Chuck E. Cheese because of how crowded it was. And had to sing our own birthday song.Highly disappointed with how much the party was for how terrible this experience was, it makes me no longer want to book hereMay I suggest to you guys not to book so many party’s at once ? ?‍♀️?
