How tf you run out of ice cream at dairy queen before it's even noon?? ? had me stuck in the drive thru line unable to leave or order anything for half an hour and made me late to work. Don't try to go here if you have anywhere else to be for the rest of the day

Posters prominently advertise items that are not available. The chicken and shrimp baskets are apparently discontinued. It is frustrating to wait in a slow drive thru to have to hunt for something available.

If I could give a zero star I would. Called their HR department as well. Employee was rude and threw money at me and told me to get the **** out of their line that he wasn’t helping me. Will never go back if he works there.
2024: this place is barely hanging on. Lights out in the signs, employees dead inside. It's rough.2022?: Huge turn around at this place. Generally come here when it's specifically dairy queen products desired. Definitely not representative of the lower 48 locations, but will do for the edge of the civilized world.Was here recently late at night and they buggared a drive thriugh order, fixed it quick with no charge to us, as in the missing items were ours for free. Does not hurt my feeling of this location.

Lame experiencewas on my break trying to catch a Burger.17 min later I go to the counter, and my fries aren't even in the fried basket I look around, oh my gosh. We're the only customers in the store. I asked to use a restrooms when I got out. They still we're not starting my dinner not one thing.so I got my money back. Told blade and his crew that they were" lame."730 at night Now I know why there was nobody else there.

Management needs to pay higher wages, so y’all can have more staff to satisfy customer orders and the demand. Crazy how the place is a ghost town but it takes 10 minutes to get a blizzard.
