I am not a sandwich or subs person but holy smokes, the subs here are in my opinion the best. I really enjoy a hot smoked brisket and cheese sub. It is heavenly when hot ?. And it also tastes good when not so hot. That's just the food service is great and employees are welcoming. Great place.
This was not one of the better locations of firehouse subs. Unfortunately a lot of new employees as everybody seem to be training. Someone sandwich came out without meat. They definitely have room for improvement.

I love the vibe here, the food was pretty decent, but I was expecting a bit of a bigger sandwich, as the reference guide for the sub size on the wall is vastly different from the actual size if the sub. I ordered a small "The Engineer" & a small "New York Steamer" as well as the 5 cheese Mac n cheese. Overall, I wasn't super impressed, but if someone wanted to go there to eat, I wouldn't say no. I do, however, love the pickle buckets! Cute idea & recycling!

Disgusting. Floor was sticky beyond belief. Store was dirty and staff refused to clean the mess. Staff laughed at me when I informed them of the mess.

This was my first time going into Firehouse Subs. Previously I've ordered on Doordash and enjoyed the food. This time I ordered online for pick up and when I walked in, I was greeted with a swarm of flies. It's the middle of winter in Alaska. If they have a fly problem, it's gotta be filthy in there. They also shorted my order (left out my dessert and gave me a "side salad" that was just a bowl of lettuce), but the cleanliness is the main issue. I won't be eating from there again.
I mean it's 20 bucks for a sandwich Plus Chip And drinks. However unlike Subway at least it's worth it.

“Hook & Ladder” is amazing!!! I always want to try another sandwich, but this one is so good. Soft bread and just the right combination of meats, sauces and veggies. Use the APP and get rewards. Quick and friendly service.
