I had pannacotta gelato with americano coffee combined into an Affogato. Delicious. My husband had cookies&cream gelato d it’s the best he’s ever had. Wonderful atmosphere!

Your bowl of gelato will never look like these pictures. They weigh each dollop on a scale. Gelato kept sticking to the serving spoon and she kept scraping little bits off until it weighed the right amount. Ridiculous! Don't waste your money.

Walked in and family was not greeted. We waited for the family ahead to get their orders and was so disgusted by the girl serving the gelato. Her long hair was not pulled back. Not only was her hair going into the gelato buckets but she wasn’t wearing any gloves. The gelato kept missing the cup and falling out but she kept grabbing the gelato and her hair would touch the spoon and gelato. It disgusted all four of us so we left.

Finally got to partake in gelato, after a long, hot, sunny day. Gelatte is located directly across from Town Square Downtown. Their space is open, airy, and clean. The door was propped open encouraging our visit. The ladies working the counter were warm and helpful. Gelattes' Ube gelato was creamy perfection. My eldest enjoyed their Pina Colada flavor. We felt sizes and prices were fair.
Excellent ice cream shop. Varied flavors of their ice creams and they also have a range of varied sweets to enjoy their pleasant flavors. It can be located at 500 W 6th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501. Its staff is very attentive and the place is clean and spacious.
