This place has the absolute best Matcha! You can order a Matcha there but you can also purchase their Matcha powder to take home. I live in Maine. I flew 4500 miles home with 2 kilos of Matcha.My suggestion: if you try it and don't like it... Consider it's watery/milky and add yourself another scoop.My order: Large, iced, vanilla matcha latter, with double the scoops of Matcha. ?

The only reason I'm rating this low is that I was hit with an extra high bill. I had booked the tea o month in advance and when I did there was no mention of the Chinese new year special tea. If I had known I would have picked a different day, no one said anything until my group showed up. It was still a good experience, but I feel that they should have had it posted well ahead of time for the price increase when I booked or in one if the following emails I was sent.

I booked A reservation for two to celebrate Chinese New Year and it was amazing! When I arrived the table was decorated for the occasion along with a cute goodie bag. The tea was excellent and the food was delicious! I hope this becomes a regular thing because I would like to make it an annual tradition!

Been having afternoon tea many times. This was the first time food wasn't as good, had to request our tea, at the end infront of everyone we were loudly told wait you still need to pay in a way that was very embarrassing. I told them unaware because they had my card from reservation but just kept being told policy. I understand policy but didn't have to loudly say it across room. It RUINED the entire tea experience.

I reserved for 5 but a friend couldn't come, still was charged for 5. It's cold in the lounge, service couldn't keep up with demand and (little and) my group felt that we would've liked more savory choices to balance out with the sweet. Otherwise, we enjoyed the whole experience and will probably do it again sometime.

Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from this tea shop. Not only was the packaging of my tea incredibly inadequate - the supposedly sealed bag was anything but sealed, resulting in a messy spill that invaded my car. On top of that, the staff took an exasperatingly long 20 minutes just to package my order. The lack of care in packaging and the wastage of time are utterly unacceptable. Won't be returning or recommending this shop anytime soon. The lack of care was just so sad

Great place to grab a cup of tea would not recommend the tea party service. For the price the tea and food was very underwhelming. Understand that it’s just little bites but for a party of 8 only received two tea party towers and waited over an hour to get the food. The person who helped us was amazing tho and super knowledgeable about the teas.

We made a reservation for the tea service for 4 pm. Our orders were not taken until close to 430 pm. I understand places get busy but the point of making a reservation is to help with that. My husband's teapot was brought out without having any tea steeped in it at all ; it was just hot water. Once everyone actually got their tea, the tea was good. The food was overall good- I would suggest having less sweet items and a few more savory items to even out the palate. I'm glad we had the experience here but I wouldn't come back for the tea service or recommend it. I think this lounge is better as a regular tea house.

Overall the service was amazing I just thought it was quite expensive for only being able to sample one tea off their menu. $72 for 2 people. The advertisement should have been more detailed because I went in thinking i was going to sample multiple teas. instead i sampled most of their food menu and only one tea. The food that we did receive was yummy but you could tell it was made at least the day before because it was stale. My macarons literally fractured into crumbles on the 1st bite, and the bread had been sitting out for aa while cause it wasn't soft. The tea however was fabulous! i did end up buying some to take home, just disappointed of the quality of the food items and lack of tea in a "tea time" service.
